I have a GMC envoy 2003 Slt and its been giving me a PO300 misfire code, my dad changed the injectors and spark plugs and the code went away and it was on and off, However everytime i drive for about 15 or 10 minutes and stop at a red light i hear the car giving me a vibration noise and i can feel it giving it thrust back and forth, like a noise vibration and then it goes away, But then it comes back and idk if the car wants to stall or something else? Any help?

The filter is supposed to be press fit in the pickup tube, use a rubber mallet to get it in.

You ever done a stearing wheel.my lower bearings and top bearing fell out know it's all loose.may I should replace the whole tearing column.it don't go all the way thru like other stearing columns it stops underneath the dashboard so ya ..thx 🙏

It has been over three years since you did this. Maybe by now, you may already have learned that if you use the proper-size allen wrench, you can hold the bolt and use a wrench to loosen the nut without much trouble.

I have an 05 denali with the 5.3, the afm system is disabled from factory on the short envoys in 05 due to some exhaust issue but it still has all the afm parts, fingers crossed it being disabled from factory will prevent the lifter failure

I was having acceleration issues and tried this, the gunk that was on the inside shocked me. Took me ten minutes and the result was amazing. It's not a race car or anything now but it's much better. I would recommend using a short 3/8 drive 10mm socket and a warbler extension for the bolts nearest the head to clear the coils. But thank you for the video!

Tip : low side weld plstic back on! its solder gun .. + ..olastick zip ties = works.. i did wheel barrel/ X3.. till plastic so hard and weared out basically.. sun kills plastic fast.... 2 yr or 10 yr. depends keep your wheel barre;l in shed ! under tree in a pinch. .. zip ties works well !!!!

Great Video - I'm so excited to change my PCV ... suggestion for you ... instead of using the screw driver, just take a big wrench and grab the hose and pull & push to break it loose from the actual hose .. easy and won't break anything .. Agian thank you

OMG: hurt me watching this! 30 yr mechanic.. im old so i learn new easier ways= buy a dam battery 3/8 impact!!!! NOW!!! the wave hand beside head .headlamp!!! either car wash/ pressure wash/ or... theres a thingy called steam cleaner that doubles as carb cleaner.. ruff it be wash in purple power soap .. and theres small $3 nozzle goes on hose.. like a pressure washer on the cheep. clean dat chit -up.. luv u in the lord.. live and learn!

I changed my filter and it's still leaking a lil. Even after I used the Lucas transmission fix on it. Still have a small leak coming from the transmission pan.

7:27 Is there any way I can drop the tranny to open the side case and replace the tranny speed sensor without needing to drop the cradle?

My family has a 2008 compass. They wanted me to change the trans oil and filter. There are no leaks so I may buy a dip stick find the level at idle in park cold and hot and mark it accordingly. The other method is there is a level plug that needs to be removed and checked that way. I will have to do more research on where it is located and whether the engine should be running or stopped. Any advice for keeping the oil in one/replacing the oil? I'm rebuilding the AWD system in my Pointiac Aztek (it's my favorite car... don't hate me lol) and step one is replacing my driveshaft... previous owner totally removed the driveshaft and torque tube. I saw that the bolts have some kind of seal on them. Any ideas for replacing them? Ideally I want to stay AWD and return it to proper function because I enjoy offroading too much.

Great video. I had this problem come up after I disconnected the battery for a welding job. Than immediately after I connected the negative and started the rig started sputtering and rough idling a LOT with the A/C on. I disconnected the battery, removed the 28 and 10 fuses that are throttle related I’ve seen on another video. Cleaned the throttle body completely( without removing it though) I have also been told that there is a chance of busting the O ring behind the throttle. I’ve stuffed a bunch of rags behind the body with the throttle open using the gas pedal trick. There was a lot of carbon buildup around the butterfly. It fixed that rough idling for sure. Thanks a lot for the video I know it take time to make it.
