2024 AND THEY’RE STILL CUTIES

You know before playing the game I was so convinced on one part of the romance and when I actually had my whole FF7 experience their relationship was like a breath of fresh air. I can’t stand the stupid shipwars because I absolutely love all the important ships but something about Cloud and Aerith is so special bro.. I loved the way they both connected so quickly and naturally, and how they were already bantering and walking around. You can’t deny how Aerith is basically the one who opened Cloud’s heart. I’ll be satisfied with any romantic conclusion but they’re so dear to me..

ive already made two comments on this video but i wanna point out... the only time Cloud EVER cries is when Aerith dies. Not even when Tifa 'dies'. In that scene he doesn't shed a tear. Not when his mom dies either. Just Aerith. That tells us a lot tbh

Cloud and Aerith’s relationship in this game had me fed so well. Their chemistry is no other I’ve seen before. I’m hoping so bad that in the last part of the next game, Aerith will come back and there’ll finally be together in the end. I’m praying.🙏

This video is truly beautiful. I have loved Aerith since 1997. At that time I played with a dictionary always beside me, and thanks to FFVII I learned the English language (I hope so). I have always been a supporter of this couple and never really got over Aerith's death. I remember after reading the announcement of the remake I thought, "Oh no, I will never be ready to see her die again in HD." I sincerely hope that during part 3 THE miracle we're all waiting for, happens. If it didn't, with this whole alternate timeline thing, the developers would have just taken meaning away from Aerith's death.

It’s quite easy to see that Aerith loves Cloud more than Zack. Here’s a table of what she did for Zack versus what she did for Cloud. Only thing of some importance which stays with Zack is hug from behind. Everything else goes for Cloud or is equal. Interestingly, a kiss is missing in both relationships. And she still have some secrets nobody knows about.

Im blaming this video for playing with my feelings. I fell in love with Clerith, found out about ff7, then learned what happened to Aerith.

Its weird because Cloud bonds so much with Aerith then in the second game kisses Tifa like what is going on. 💀 Its like all the bonding and lore and everything they went through the writers just forgot about it and suddenly now its Cloud and Tifa. 😭 the writing is so bad im sorry💀 the devs of final fantasy cater this game towards loser men who want goofy anime love triangle harem waifu stuff and cloud the protagonist is out here messing around with two different women😭☹️💀 (thats my take tbh) Not all players are losers but based on what ive seen😭 there’s definitely a pattern though because what. 😕 Like how are you gonna set up Cloud and Aerith together so much lore and bonding and everything then suddenly switch it to Cloud and Tifa like what😭 Its so confusing and makes no sense. The way they created both female leads as party members but also love interests is great. One healer - pure, angelic, magical. And one fighter - persistent, resilient, strong. both great supports. Cloud needs both of them.

Iam always confused on something cloud seems to love aerith but why is the game making it seem like he also likes tifa how is that possible why is that possible can someone like two ppl at once? the way i see it is that aerith and cloud is cannon but since aerith is destined to die and always ends up dying cloud can then later up either end up with tifa or nobody I don't think he loves tifa that way I feel like the only reason the game added the option to romance tifa or make it seem like cloud likes tifa too is to appeal to the cloti fans i dont think its one-sided on aeriths part i do think cloud has romantic feelings for her and is in love with her in every timeline

01:09 Even though Cloud's line in the English version could be interpreted differently to the Japanese, the way he actually says "cause I'm no romantic", the meaning comes across the same to me. Like he's not romantic so she'll consider it a poor date.
