@FunkyFruitz it came with 50ft of rope, which I'd say is the perfect amount.

@FunkyFruitz thx for the comment, generally don't launch at high tide, very little or no beach to launch from, sometimes I like using a anchor, but depends on type of fishing I'm doing, like using lures or bait.

@FunkyFruitz only been out a couple of times this year. Weather has been shocking when I've got a day to myself. Hopefully out next week, if the weather permits.

Hi, I generally use metal jigs, white or red usually work a treat. Also try trolling metal jigs over reef areas. Good luck, going out myself tomorrow, hoping for few decent bass. 🤞

@@torbayadventurer9767 Yes, went down there. It was my first time kayak fishing and I bumped to another kayak fisherman that new what he was doing and wandered if it was you. Obviously not haha, had a couple of mackerel so pleased with that so I'll be heading down there again at some point as we live in torquay. And could you recommend a budget good fishing kayak aswell thanks

Hi, there my home made jig lure, with 2 added assist hooks, brought a lure mould from ebay various weights, 30g,45g,60g. They work really well, especially painted white.

Hey, I use a lot metal lures, the savage gear surf seeker, is one of my favourites, and bait usually use mackerel, squid and rag worm. These will catch pretty much all species. Good luck 👍

Thanks for the kind message, anchoring is good for bait fishing on the bottom, usual catch Rays, dogfish, flat fish etc, but trolling or jigging while drifting in the current is just as good, usual catch bass, Pollock, mackerel etc. Good luck and tight lines.
