Capitalism massively benefits from the self-help, self-improvement field. I did it for a long time and have found it exhausting. When we stop internalizing and begin to put energy outwards, we feel so much better, naturally. Supporting community is so helpful; involvement gives individuals purpose and a place within their communities. I heard futurist, Jacques Fresco, say that each person would only need to give one day per month. He said that we can all have everything that we want - and more - because the technology already exists.

Last year I finally sold my business because it simply wasn’t the thing for me. I knew this for a long time, but didn’t think that I had the ability to sell, and had no idea of what to do next. I was in my occupation because it’s what happened after high school; I stayed because I’m good at it. My job didn’t feed my soul and I didn’t know what other talents I had. I love to read and write, so I learned to write but didn’t know how to get jobs. I don’t have a degree but am smart, and now am developing my skills in a way that’s personally meaningful. All decisions come with consequences, and I had to tighten my belt because I work so little now; I’m so happy because I do exactly as I want and this makes up the difference. Because I am compelled to contribute, I want for my occupation to be meaningful, and although I’m not a change-maker yet, what I’m doing today inspires others that I speak with. I’ve discovered, and share with others, that the process is the destination. Our thoughts are important, and sharing them is important to help others know that they’re not alone in thinking as they do. Continual learning is important and can be done at one’s pace and capacity - especially today. There are so many talented people in the world who simply don’t know just how valuable they are to the world beyond what they’ve known. This may largely be due to conditioning by shared systems which have vastly limited our capacity for self-discovery. I sincerely hope to see this next movement become a revolution towards discovery and unity. This isn’t about perfecting oneself or ‘killing it’ in a corporate world, but discovering what’s meaningful to individuals and the communities in which they live and relate to. I’m glad to see groups such as yours which are capable of inspiring, supporting, and growing change from the mess that we’re in. It’s likely that you collaborate with the other groups, helping one another to be more effective. We all need this so much: no matter how little praise you receive, I hope that you’re aware of this. Many of us have been buried alive beneath the rubble of corrupt systems, and lack knowledge and motivation because of it. Many of us won’t wake in our lifetime, and many among us are aware and will do what we can. You’ve done such great work. Wishing you all the best!

Yesterday, I heard what you said at Davos. I commented on that video, was reminded having seen another interview today, so found your channel to subscribe. I very much appreciate what you said, and am completely in support: taxation is the one thing not talked about, and therefore has had a delayed response. Albeit, many average individuals don’t know much about what’s going on and don’t want to know. Perhaps it’s too great a leap from what average people do know, and literacy about our structures and about political affairs is limited. There also will be those who have some influence, yet which also have business connections that they may not want to shake up. Being disorganized, the population needs organized groups who are competent enough to challenge elites, corruption, and irresponsible governments - I was reading Harari yesterday. I thank you so much for saying what many of us do know, yet don’t have the influence to make a significant ripple… yet. Your words will reach so many and so many do share your sentiment. I do not believe that most people are in favor of higher taxes. I personally see no justification and strongly oppose having higher tax brackets for higher earners. I don't think it's the right solution. I think the combination of higher brackets and loopholes is an intentional obfuscation which allows many elite entities to pretend they contribute more while actually contributing less. I also do not think that either one is a solution to government debt. That's tied to oversized government, overspending and graft.

How can you speak to tax increases without speaking to fiat currencies and the unlimited printing of money? We have a ruling class printing trillions a year and we have to increase taxes to bail out the interest? Speak to the real problem if you have the courage

One of the greatest moments in media history which needs to be seen by everyone. Tucker pretending he doesn’t know he, and most "news" commentators like him, knowingly choose to sell their souls to spread misinformation and push an agenda harmful to working class, was quite ridiculous (how do they look their kids in the eyes at the dinner table???). These folks knowingly do this for their own profit. What is sad is many know the truth, but pretend they don't, for the money and fame it brings them. (“Ik ben er voor de biblotecaris en leraar.”) Zwartmaken van kinderen die geld krijgen van (hardwerkende) ouders, nijgt naar ophitserij. We hebben het zo goed in het Westen dat je met keihard werken met redelijk gemak 100k kunt opsparen. Maar nee, alleen Links is arrogant genoeg om te denken dat ze een goed functionerend stelsel (zeker niet perfect!), zo maar even kunnen vervangen. Leef en laat leven. En geen experimenten alsjeblieft.

Wat een onzin.. Geen onderbouwing hoe het nou eigenlijk betaald moet gaan worden. Daarbij, Nixon de profeet? Meen je dit? Er zitten inderdaad dingen fout in het financiële systeem maar een basisinkomen maakt dit alleen maar erger omdat er geen geld voor is om dit te betalen. Kom eens met cijfers die je claims kunnen onderbouwen of laat iemand het doen die er wel verstand van heeft..

Iets om over na te denken. Ons huidige kapitaalsysteem is nog niet zo oud en onze wereld verandert sneller dan we willen (denken). Voor alle critici en mensen die leven in angst voor verandering, durf eens eerlijk te kijken naar jezelf en je omgeving. Wat gebeurd er? Wat zou er beter kunnen in de toekomst. Dat is de boodschap van deze uitzending. Voor de geïnteresseerden, dit thema sluit aan op een lezing van Reinout Eleveld; specialisme versus wijsheid. Wijsheid komt met de jaren!

De vraag of dit wel haalbaar is is eigenlijk helemaal niet zo moeilijk. Afschaffing van alle onzinnige toeslagen waar door menig crimineel georganiseerde welzijnswerker misbruik van word gemaakt spaart al heel wat geld uit. De controle op dergelijke toeslagen is niet te handhaven waardoor er miljoenen stromen naar het buitenland. Schaf alle toeslagen af en voer daarvoor het basisinkomen in. Alleen voor in nederland geboren onderdanen vanaf 18 jaar of minimaal 18 jaar woonachtig zijn in Nederland. Iedereen heeft recht om te voorzien in zijn of haar basisbehoefte. Woning zorg en eten. Veel mensen denken dat hierdoor velen lui zullen worden en niet meer willen werken voor hun geld. De klasse die nu al lui thuiszit en rondkomt van een sociale uitkering zal je misschien niet van de bank af kunnen halen dus of daar iets zal veranderen is nog maar de vraag. Waar je wel veranderingen zal merken is bij de laagste inkomens die nu eigenlijk amper rond kunnen komen van hun salaris. Verplicht naar een voedselbank moeten. Moeite hebben om ziektekosten verz. te betalen. Deze groep leeft onder enorme stressvolle omstandigheden. Deze groep is vaak ook de grootste druk op ons zorgsysteem. Deze groep zal enorme vooruitgang boeken en een beter leven kunnen leiden. De groep erna de middeninkomens die nu 2 verdieners moeten zijn omdat ze hun gezin een goed leven gunnen zullen waarschijnlijk een stapje terug kunnen doen en er meer zijn voor de kinderen wat het welzijn van die kids ten goede komt. Want wees eerlijk geen enkel kind word er beter van als ze 5 dagen per week op een kinderdag verblijf worden gedumpt. Pa en ma hebben na een harde dag werken nig weinig energie over om ook de kids van de nodige aandacht te voorzien. 30 jaar geleden had je veel minder ontspoorde kinderen dan vandaag de dag. Simpelweg omdat de ouders meer tijd en meer betrokken waren bij de opvoeding van hun eigen kinderen. Bijkomend voordeel is dat er meer ruimte komt op de arbeidsmarkt als er meer mensen in deeltijd gaan werken. Inkomens bovenmodaal kunnen ook geholpen worden met dat stuk basis inkomen. Ouders die hun kinderen willen laten studeren hoeven nu zelf niet meer krom te liggen om bij te springen. Studiebeurzen kunnen worden afgeschaft. Studenten hebben recht vanaf 18 jaar op deze uitkering zodat ze zich volledig kunnen richten op hun studie en niet daarnaast nog krom moeten werken om in hun basisbehoefte te voorzien. Ouders met kinderen tussen de 12 en 18 kunnen de kosten van school ed beter bekostigen. Kinderbijslag kan afgeschaft worden. Kosten voor de opvang gaan omlaag omdat ouders veel sneller zelf voor hun kids kunnen zorgen dus minder kosten voor de overheid om die toeslagen te moeten uitkeren. Daarnaast hebben ook de rijken recht op dat basisinkomen maar deze kunnen indien ze daar zelf voor kiezen afstand doen van het basisinkomen , maar kunnen ten alle tijde daar weer aanspraak op maken indien hun situatie mocht veranderen. Inkomens boven de 5 Ton zwaarder belasten want zeg nou zelf als je zoveel geld verdient kan je ook makkelijk voorzien in alles wat je hartje begeert. Al met al denk ik dat de besparing veel groter zal zijn dan de kosten vh basisinkomen

Also it proves the sociopaths and money or power worshipers always end up in control in any system eventually all through out history. Hij zou zich bij zijn vakgebied (geschiedenis) moeten houden ipv over zaken te praten waar hij geen kaas van heeft gegeten.
