      您好!請問"容易塌陷"的情況可以詳細說明一下?本身餅乾在烘焙的時候體積是會比原來變大一些,就是影片所表現的那樣。跟着步驟,應該不會有很大改變的。

      @@aldelicacy 😅就是餅乾的高度,在烘烤過後會整個變矮(原本切1.5公分的高度,結果烘烤完變成了0.7的高度)

      @@芳全曾 我有詳細講解餅乾在甚麼狀態之下切,和什麼狀態之下進烤箱。餅乾必須是凍硬狀態的之下焗,通常高度不會相差很遠就如我影片上所呈現的模樣。整個影片就是我每一次焗的真實過程了。這條影片是為了一位朋友而錄製的,朋友也試過,出來的效果是成功的,或許請您再看看有甚麼細節遺忘了?希望你下次烘培成功😄

      did you let the dough have enough rest each time ? do you have the picture to take a look?

      The dough was refrigerated over night. After I molded the dough then freeze over night. I took the dough out from freezer and put the baking beans inside the crush with parchment paper and to a preheated 400 oven. It shrunk about an inch.
