eigentlich ganz geil...aber warum mit elektromotor? könnte man die nich direkt hinten anhängen und an die zapfwelle stecken? dann wärst du auch noch mobil damit. und leistung wär auch 10 mal höher 😁
@@Trigene1004 hatten wir damals so gekauft. aggregat auf der hängerdeichsel hatte es auch getan.

was ist das für ein wendeplattenfräser am anfang? wo gibts den?
Müsste ich mal schauen ob da nochwas drauf steht. Müsste aber von Premus/Precitool sein.
Broken Mesacard 7i76e I can ping the card of the default ip with W3 Jumper down... but on the eeprom IP with W3 jumper up i can't ping the card... also i can't made any changes on the card. 😢
Incredibly cool, what Postprocessor are you using? I tried doing this with LinuxCNC, and it threw out an error
Hi, i am using the linuxcnc postprozessor. But for the 4/5th axis you have to config it.

I think 16 or 18 thousend on the 6mm endmill

Hab meinen Schraubstock auch schon angefräst 😂. Fast in der gleichen Tiefenzustellung. War halt schade um den Fräser.

Thats was my old 2.2kw 24000rpm spindle from vevor....
how much did you spend until now on this project ? looks like a lot of aluminum plate stock and those bt30 spindels are not that cheap either ?😒
you can see the development in my videos... I started the project almost 2 years ago. I started the project almost 2 years ago. I don't know how many Time i spend this project... but it was many 😅😅 I spend this machine many euros you are right. But i don't know how much. That's more a hobby but i can say you rc hobby is not cheaper.👍😉

It,s a 40mm wooden plate
It's in range with Haas mini mill. With smaller table and stronger linears it would be even better.
Yes next time i will do it with bigger rails like hgr 25 or hgr 30 with preload... and 20 or 25 spindles

Hi just started watching your videos and enjoying them very much. What sort of spindle are you using as I am building something similar
First time i'm using a vevor 2.2kw Spindle... now i use a rattmmotor 4.5kw atc spindle
@@cnc_andi3294 thanks for your reply I was looking for one with an atc so will look into the one from rattrig. How did you find it dose it have good torque on the lower speeds for milling steel?
Yes it have a good torque you can mill steel too with max 10mm endmills for bigger endmills you have to use a another spindle with lower rpm and much more torque
@@cnc_andi3294 yes i was thinking of using a servo motor for the spindle to have a bit more torque at lower speeds for steel

were you using the vector control on the vfd with the high speed spindle?
you have to switch from 0.01HZ to 0.10HZ on the VFD

What cutting bits, speeds and feeds?
6mm endmill 2 Flute at 24000rpm and 2700mm/min 4mm Ballmill 2 flute 24000rpm at 1700mm/min.
What did you use for CAM gcode generation? Fusion Machining add-on is pretty expensive.
fusion360 with 14 days test machining extension addon
but you can do this witout this extension too by using 3D options... and indexed 4th Axis

Hast du schon eine Idee wie es nach Ablauf der Testversion von Fusion weiter geht? Ich bin bitter enttäuscht, hab mir jetzt nen Abo gegönnt für 4/5 Achsen und dann erst festgestellt das dies jetzt auch nicht mehr geht. Kennt wer nen brauchbares Cam Programm für 5 Achsen welches man sich auch leisten kann?
