The only way to truly end this nonsense is to reverse the 1995 OUTLAWING of ALL firearms. Your PAL is a temporary 5yr exclusion from prosecution. That's why an OIC is all it takes to move an item off the exclusion list. We need a Constitutional amendment equivalent to 2A. RE-LEGALIZE ALL FIREARMS

Many years ago I heard that there are over 3 million unregistered guns/gun owners in Canada. Many are old guys who hunted up until the government brought in regulations on ownership. They just stopped hunting because if they had hunting licenses, it would be too easy to determine that they had firearms. But those rifles and shotguns are still out there, unregistered.

My curiosity is why the supreme Court won't hear arguments that we have and enshrined right to bear arms through the British North American act which instilled all the rights of the people of the kingdom to have the right to bear arms dating back to the Protestant Revolution. And so all those rights were enshrined in Canada when it became. Might it be possible in a historicalll context that we have the right to bear arms? If police can, i can. If a criminal can, i can. If theres a gun laying on the ground and someone starts to stab people and starts running at you, you have nowhere to run and the attacker is declaring his intent to kill you. Can you defend yourself with anything and everything? If the answer is yes, then any gun law breaks down because we have the right to defend ourselfs however we need. If the answer is no then every gun law breaks down, because the government is tyrannical and defends criminals. Welcome to Canada, where our government is unsure where it stands on any givin day.

Be very careful giving up your guns. I live on a quiet residential cul de sac, all single homes. That changed a few months ago when 7 male immigrants bought the house next door. They are disgusting. Had the city come three times already for them to clean up their garbage in front yard and back yard. They were throwng garbage in the back yard not even in bags. My deck is on that side facing this sh*t. Took pictures of the garbage and the rats it was attracting. Every garbage day theres a pile of loose garbage on their lawn blowing into our yards. It cost me $1,500 to install a fence between our driveways so we dont lose our space. Theres a visitor that comes there with a picture of a guy in white robe and turban carrying an AK-47 and a rocket launcher over his shoulder. Its painted all across the back window of his car. My family is afraid not to mention the value of our home has probably plumeted.

Nor should they agree! If you look back in history whenever the guns are confiscated what comes next is never good! I for one will NEVER comply, not EVER! I’ll die on this hill and so will many more!!
