Let's take a look back at the 1996 release of Alien Trilogy for the Sony Playstation. While there is a negative stigma of many movie tie-in games from the era, Probe delivers a game worthy of the Alien Franchise.

Top 10 Rare and Valuable Sega CD Games
I remember me and my brothers laughing hysterically playing the total destruction mode shit was hella tough
Absolute classic at the time.
Where's Snatcher?
i just watched this game its very realistic if you think about it granted you don't have a lot of missiles and ammo though ace combat is arcade mode so if you want ah real life simulator look elsewhere BUT ace 7 is Much REAL then old ace games! keep learning!
Finally an approachable or realistic game setup. Crazy game rooms are cool, but for most ppl they're either well out of budget, or we don't have the space. While this is still a dedicated game room, your setup looks pretty much like a normal apartment living room, which is what I need. Good to see things displayed in a functioning and still presentable manner for a living room for once
I had loaded on Sega Saturn back n the day!
Great looking setup. snes mario world, street fighter 2 turbo, mega man x3 and final fight 2 is a must snes games for me.
My god that music hunts me till this day
What unique game at that time... Such a shame this game didn't have a sequel, and didn't become a franchise....Oh and the music, i remember it so dearly, love it....
I love how this one doesn’t get too crazy with decor unlike many others. Makes things less distracting especially when your office is in there. Great work!
I remember this being fun back in the day
Your channel is awesome please make more videos! These are perfect reviews!
Thank you so much! I'm slowly working on the next video, hopefully I can balance out my time to start pumping out videos again soon.
Now let's see the 3DO and Atari Jaguar pull this game off, it's no wonder that the PS1 was a great video game console
Absolutely. The game Total Eclipse is a good example, originally released on the 3DO they ported it to the PS1 as Total Eclipse Turbo. From what I've read the reason it was named Turbo was simply because they PS1 could run it at a good frame rate and didn't have slow down. lol. Which also lead to the game being incredibly difficult on PS1 and not great. Oh well.
I played the game in 1998, it was one of my first psx games and it was cool!
Good game, but some levels are way too dark to play outside in the sun, or during travel. I've a Miyoo Mini and see nothing, because it's so dark.
This is perfect! I would love to do something clean like this.
This was my favorite arcade game for many years. I’m thinking about getting a Saturn just to play it again. I haven’t played video games for 20 years recently. In the last month I bought 3 retro Systems n 387 games
Another great review 😎
Thank you!
Great Review 😎
Actually looks fun. I hope the Blade reboot is cool.
I believe this game was responsible for my first ever all nighter.
I dreamed about the actual destruction derby mode being online when I got this at launch in middle school. This was definitely an underrated game at the time though.
Warhawk on PS3 was so good.
No way this was online.. was it? :|
all is superb but where is the crt? i ve a perfect match for your room, a mx7000 black and white.
One of the better multiplayer games on PS1 still. Had a lot of fun beating it with my brother as a kid.
Came for the Alien Trilogy, stayed for the sweet minimalist room.
Nice I wished I had the Batman Forever game on the Ps1 I just love that game I had rented at my local blockbuster as a kid, I regret not buying it now in 2024.
This was a classic😂
I played this as a kid but had no concept of the idea that I should keep moving and not just stand in on spot like a dummy lol I should try it again
Simple and clean setup. Very Nice 😎
I will order a copy homes 😂😊😂❤
The game is a doom of 1998 man 😊
Great video. This earnt my sub ❤️
I like how you put effort in spacing and the colors.
This, along with the first RE, were the reasons I was BEGGING for a PlayStation back in 1995. (Think I did get one for a birthday around 1996). In hindsight, while this game isn't perfect...and you were very fair about pointing out the flaws in it...I am kind of surprised that with the twin-stick shooter renaissance that we are currently in, no one has thought about creating a current "Loaded" follow up.
Yeah it would be cool to see it pop up with modern controls digitally. I always wanted this game based solely off the magazine ads. Did you get a chance to play it before you got a PS1 or did the ads get you hyped too? Lol
@flizzzipper I think it was a mix of the ads, and seeing that vintage PS1 longbox at a local rental store. Usually the samples I had of the Playstation were Battle Arena Toshinden, or Warhawk.
Some motherfuckers are always trying to ice-skate uphill.
Destruction derby 2 brought us into the next era of racing games with it's realistic physics. Imo, the first flat out game was a spiritual sequel to destruction derby 2, then it kinda lived on through Driver Parallel Lines in the race track races.
After I dive into Destruction Derby Raw I'm going to have to tackle Flat out. It's been mentioned a lot in regards to Destruction Derby but I've never played it.
@@flizzzipper the first flat out game is a gem. Then they go down hill with every sequel. Only the first Flat out is a kin to destruction derby 2. The sequels are a kin to the burn out series.
Beat this game this weekend and I had a good time with it. Great memories from playing it when I was younger but not sure if I ever finished it so nice to wrap up that chapter. Pretty damn fun
This was my favorite ps1 game growing up
I do love the clean look of your game room, even if my preference is for more cozy rooms than clean rooms (wall to wall carpet, little more crowded, though not hoarder). The one thing that's sad is how many you have that sun faded. You mention it with regards to the 32x. Having those windows open does expose them to direct sunlight, which is what sun fades. Currently, my stuff exists in a tv stand with doors, and it's nicely situated so it doesn't get sun faded. Also, that living room's window setup makes it relatively dark. My plan is to have my room expanded, adding room to have my setup and games in one place. Problem is, those windows are facing southern exposure. To rectify it, I will have long blinds, as well as a porch in front of those windows with a roof, which will cast a nice shadow, preventing direct sunlight. This also has the effect of cooling the room down. I'm surprised you got PS3 games. Valkyria chronicles I have on PC, specifically 1 and 4. I haven't played 1 yet, though I got a steel box/sleeve one of 1 on the ps3 from my local store on a whim. 4 is a lot of fun though. I enjoy the art style and love the rts like gameplay. I love that monitor. If you're willing to, share it. UW is cool, but I've never been a fan how a bunch of older games won't support it, and I find triple monitor setups are more spacious than UW. If you REALLY want that UW style, Nvidia surround is awesome. You just need 3 of the same size and resolution monitors. I had that for a bit, but then I got a 27 inch main monitor and it's gonna take me time to get more. They are cheaper now, but I'm thinking of going 3 micro OLED displays with similar 240hz and a much better HDR. Problem is, they're like $700-$800 each.
Loved this game as a kid was pretty hard. I wanna go back to play it again
I completely forgot that I had this game back in like 96 or so. I was probably too busy playing Twisted Metal 2..
Dude I've been looking for this game for YEARS!! I couldn't remember the name.
Glad you got your nostalgia hit!
Do the performance issues still happen when playing this one on PS2?
Yeah, unfortunately it will still happen.
This made the ps1 for me
This game was a precursor to the Driver games
I had a seizure and remembered this game out of nowhere...good times.
I never got to finish this game it was a good game especially for the times 👍🏿
Those are clean Fender jaguar, telecaster, and a mustang guitars. American made a bigger win, if so.
American Strat, Mex Tele and Squier Jag.
