The berley cages I use range from 60g if I have to cast a fair distance down to 40g if I'm fishing close. I also use the 20g cages and drop inside a ball sinker if I need to cast distance, otherwise I use them at 20g. The 20g berley cages are now in stock and available. Cheers.

    Hi great video as usual. I’m about to start a worm farm You have 3 different types of worms I was going to use only euro nights using smaller ones for whiting and bigger ones for trout ect. Any comments regarding this different worms for different fish would be appreciated thanks in advance.

    • @howtofish5051
      @howtofish5051 3 месяца назад

      My experience has been that the Euros attract the most fish. I use other types because I don't always have a large enough supply of the Euros. I've caught lots of fish on all types of worms - tigers, blues, Euros, flat tails and scrubs. If I was to chose the absolute best type it would be the scrubs. The only reason I don't use these all the time is that they are so hard to raise. My second best choice is the Euros. You can select the size of worm for the size of fish you want to chase, as you have mentioned...and they do seem to appeal to most fish.
