Murray cod session brings RESULTS!

I fished the Ovens River hoping to land a few Murray Cod. The river was carrying a lot of water after heavy rain and the flow was a bit stronger than usual. These were not great conditions for catching cod.
I fished into a slower stretch of the river and in a couple of hours landed 2 Murray Cod. While they were small fish, they will still great to catch.

Yeah the x2 cod you caught are actually Trout Cod. Protected for all size ranges and therefore all need to be returned. You handled them very well. Nice vid.
