Idk why people like the original more, the og is more gloomy but i like the colorful lighting in reload, since i feel like reload is more stylish with the characters and environment, i think the less muted colors go well with that aesthetic

Reading the comments, I’m starting to think I’m the only person who likes Reloads cutscenes more 😭 It’s almost certainly a me problem, but a lot of the original cutscenes feel way too zoomed in on everything. I feel like I can barely tell what’s even happening. Although, I do think the Thanatos cutscene hits a lot less in 3D. That specific OG cutscene is perfect.

Differences: - Shadows are not visible on mobile version. - Some textures are downgraded on mobile. - Anti-alliasing and Bloom are not available on mobile version. However, the mobile version still looks good.

I know preorders are for idiots... but I haven't pre-ordered a game since 2011... Just got myself the collector's edition. Can't wait !

The combat is what Starfield really excels at with flying colors. The ships feel like they actually have weight to them and i realistic if there ever could be dogfighting in space.

I didn´t play the original but I bought the Reload to give it a try and it´s a great game that wouldn´t make me go back to the original. 😅

The og is spookier huh..... especially the first night but ehh i fuckin love reload the battle theme is a banger and the quality life stuff is huge plus alot of the characters look alot better

Something about Reload’s visuals look…. Incomplete, for lack of a better word. I have little to no complaints about the character models, it’s the environments……. Or maybe it’s the lighting? I don’t know. I do think that the environments do look great most of the time, but something about them I can’t put my finger on makes them look unfinished. Or maybe it’s just me? I’m honestly willing to accept that being the case.

Hear me out: The old looks better

Rather play Outlaws for a tighter, hand-crafted 40-50 hour experience than a 200 hour barely functioning Bethesda bread-n-butter due to life - but they're both same old, same old.

Dang by the time it takes to jump and land from one planet to another in outlaws, you you'd already land and be halfway through a dungeon in starfield. Picture perfect example on why it's ok to sometimes sacrifice immersion for ease of gameplay. It's a video game, nit a life simulator.
