Alice Loses Out (1925)
Proof why you should never leave a small child and a cat to run a successful business. Now, there's no dubbing, no nuttin' so turn the volume off before the static overtakes you.
Featurin' a cross-dressing Julius! Er...don't know if that's incentive to watch or not..

Alice's Mysterious Mystery (1926)

I'm not even sure if I should upload this one. One of the problems with VHS rips is that the tracking gets a little off sometimes. Bear with this one though, it pays off. Want a hot dog?
Hollywood Capers (1935)

Beans again! At this point, any personality he once had has been thrown out the window and trampled on and thoroughly digested. What's left is a furry Buddy. Wow..that sentence scared me. Actually what's interesting about this one is the fact the supporting cast seems more alive than they used to be.
Oswald- The Ocean Hop (1927)

The Lucky Rabbit attempts to pull of a Lindbergh, and cross the Atlantic using nothing but a pair of mechanical pants, three mice and a wiener dog.
Oswald- The Fox Chase (1928)

Ever seen a rabbit on a horse/ostrich hybrid chase a fox? Well, you're watching this so yes. Yes you have. Heads up on this one, your speakers aren't going nuts, the right channel is just wonky for some reason.
Alice's Tin Pony (1925)

More Alice Comedies. This one only has a music dub thank goodness and still remains a 'silent film'. Julius isn't exactly discreet is he?
The Mechanical Cow (1927)

The third Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoon. Despite the character's personality bein' a cut and paste of dear old Felix, this cartoon is actually quite a bit of fun....and extremely weird. Features a sentient robot-cow.
Various Newman Laugh-O-Grams (1922)
Просмотров 34 тыс.17 лет назад
The earliest Laugh-o-Grams (Or so I can figure) focusing of course on the studio's home in Kansas City. I can't tell if the animator in this one is Disney himself or one of his all-star lineup he had at this point. For simplicity's sake let's just smile, nod and say it's him.
The Four Musicians of Breman (1922)

An early but fun Laugh-o-Gram short based on a forgotten fairy tale, all done by Mr. Disney back in the day. Quite enjoyable.
Alice Solves The Puzzle (1925)

Another one of the Alice Comedies this one introducing us to Pete for the first time. (Anthro cat nuthin' That guy is a BEAR. Ya hear me Wikipedia?) Soundtrack dubbing again. This one seems chaotic enough to be fun though.
Alice's Egg Plant (1925)

One of Walt Disney's Alice Comedies, and my personal favorite (Bolshevik chickens!) Marred however by having a 30's/40's soundtrack dubbed over it. I guess silent films didn't cut it a decade later.
The music is from the Van Beuren re-release of Charlie Chaplin’s ‘One A.M.’ Available here on RUclips. That music fits that short perfectly, here, it is just incidental.
This is definitely the Klan. It was much in the news in the mid 1920’s. Don’t miss the Farmer Al Falfa short where he attends a meeting of the cat KKK! So, a cigar smoking business man and his helper kidnap puppies ( obviously intelligent, as they dance and attend school) while disguised as Klansmen. They are then carted off to the sausage factory in a car marked ‘dog catcher’, in case there are questions. Inside, tho there is no need for disguise, the jailer dresses as a Klansman. He takes dogs out of jail, gives them a parody of a final-rites religious service conducted by a smug, disdainful preacher ( who also seems to be a dog), then drags them into a room marked ‘execution chamber’. He emerges with a string of sausages - so he has killed them, gutted them ( maybe, you never know with sausage) and stuffed casings with their meat. Note: one dog at a time? This will take forever. Need more personnel. Luckily, Alice and her helper foil this dastardly plot. But what the hell?? Who thought this one up? And why were there not a ton of complaints? Anyway, if anyone tells you Disney is bland and boring, just spring this one on them.
‘Death Chamber’
Felix the cat is not a normal thing
McCormick and Target slap out
20th century fox is 1st release in 1927
Disney really was always so dark!
First Ever in Nickelodeon
Oggy and the cockroaches Release in 1935
Oh, Sheesh!
Posta pra nós um vídeo do The Mechanical Cow (Reissued Version) Cartoon Factory Print
I didn't know the Alice "comedies" got that dark. I was sure the condemned dog would get away. Also, it seemed like there wasn't much for Alice to do this time.
Posta pra nós um vídeo do Walter Lantz - Ocean Hop (1932 Reissue)
K, vc sempre pede vídeos aleatórios que ou estão perdidos ou, é a mesma coisa
Looking at the title card, I'm assuming it's a early rerelease of some kind since there's no way that's the original title card.
Oh 100 percent not the original. The uploads were from VHS rips that sank into the inky void of the internet a few years back.
The 1932 sound reissue of The Ocean Hop (1927) is from Arte Cartoon Factory with german subtitles in VHS version
Wow, what did you do to turn this into such poor resolution? All,the other Alice cartoons are a lot better.
8:02 Holly! I know I shouldn't be laughing at this but that was unexpected
hahaha the fox its the first screwball type character
Where does the soundtrack come from?
you just wait 15th issue ruclips.net/video/epfkBYsg4SA/видео.html
I always liked Oswald because he seemed like such a polar opposite to Mickey, who was created only a year after this.
Increíble!!!
i know humour is subjective but i did not even identify a single joke in dis "comedi"
Supposed to have piano music, not trumpet music :(
2:10 This is Pete's first appearance
Pete, the oldest recurring Disney character.
Is this the original audio
Not remotely, considering you know, it was silent.
When was this audio recorded
@@theopkirby4280 Good question, I'm not sure. I'm assuming either Mintz had it done for a re-release but that's pure and utter speculation.
Huh
I do not think Mintz wanted the rerelease just hear the audio in his Oswald Cartoons
Amazing. The ones who need their eggs are the heroes in this one. The ones on strike are presented as antagonists. What an ending! They make a compromise and offer them a dividend for their service in the form of them fighting one another. Genius. What an episode.
What a short! looking back on it i can infer so much about his beliefs and perceptions. Amazing. SO grateful to have youtube, a platform that makes content like this accessible. What an era!
'Thinking Inside the Box' brought me here.
That's actually pretty cool. Most of my crossword history knowledge comes from Bathroom Readers so I may pick up a copy.
Noticeable lack of ponies. Very dissapointed
And you'd think going by the title they'd be robot ponies at the very least. F minus minus
@@Crayshendo you know the name of the song that starts at 4:32?
4:19 looks like a level of one of these motorbike Flash games.
Anpanman 1988
Doraemon 1979

Sounds S'Wonderful for a very strange episode like this.
3:31 Walt Disney Animation Studios, itself, predicts The Disney Strike, 17 years later.
Wasn’t it synchronized sound exist before Dinner Time and Steamboat Willie? I know Car-Tunes was exist.
This is the first cartoon where Pete apeared
I could just see Chuck D and Flavor Flav agitating the chickens. Fight the power, you got the fight the powers that be. Yeah boy! Y'all ain't laying till Alice starts playing!
Back when fly hacks were legal
5:22 physics don't work until you look down
this is gross. The cartoon animal is ogling and abusing a child.
Hola
Pete used to be a bear, but when Mickey Mouse got released, it classified him as a cat
Facts
Pete used to be a bear, but when Mickey Mouse got released, it classified him as a cat
So novv having to make FELIX the CAT our MASCOT.
That's Julius
Did anyone see the frame with Pete holding a bottle of whiskey?
Before Mr. Satan from the Dragon Ball Series, His name is Pete and this is his first apperance as a bear before the animation re-evolve him in to a cat. 4:34-Little Girl bitchslapped Pete!
the reason why this cartoon has the walter lantz intro and sound is because this is the Walter lantz reissued version
High Pitched +1 VHS
