You forgot the fee for food when you're in the course, gas to get to the various places you need to go, and the cost of a car. Sorry to be sarcastic, but some of costs you listed don't really have anything to do with NJ's gun laws or the cost of a NJ permit.

What’s stupid is when someone has had 15-26 nic checks. Like clearly they have guns. Clearly they have a lot. One more isn’t going to change anything especially if it’s within 30 days.

I believe ALL privately owned businesses should have the ability to say you can or can’t and if a diner who may serve all the alcohol they want says people can conceal carry then people should be able to conceal carry or even open carry if they wanted to it’s the private businesses rules.

I feel it’s hardly a win considering everyone owns an AR-15 rifle in NJ may or may not be a colt. Could be a smith & Wesson or something but it doesn’t really open up too many new options. The magazine ban & all of the stupid stuff like no threaded barrels & no flash hiders & no adjustable stocks all of that matters more or else what is the point of “yeah you can have a colt ar-15.. not constitutional to ban. BUT the stock needs to be pinned and the stock birdcage needs to be removed and it can’t have a threaded barrel and the default 30 round magazine needs to be replaced with a 10 round one. After all that you really aren’t allowing people to own the colt ar-15 after removing all of its features.

NJ is right next to PA. Drive less than 10 minutes & you can buy a magazine of any capacity. Criminals don’t care about laws

The colt AR-15 comes by default with 25-30 round magazines. It’s not “high capacity” as a Honda civic doesn’t have a “high tire count” it has 4 tires like any car.

5-6 seems like a lot till you’re being cornered by 7 guys at night. Sucks that normal civilians can’t carry more than 10 round mags or even own 11+ round mags in states like NJ,NY,CA

I lived in NJ for 60 years. It was a happy day when I saw it in my rear view mirror. I'm in Fl. now. I have a carry permit. No car inspection. Back in the day when it was only state inspection stations they were the rudest people you'd ever want to deal with. Motor vehicle offices could be just as bad. Down here their office is a pleasure to deal with. I can actually burn leaves too.

All of these contradictory infringements go back to the post Civil War Reconstruction era circa1867. Whereby with the passage of the 14th Amendment, the Deep State Burocrats,than fearing millions of former slaves- Freedmen,former Confederates,Indians,Italian,Chinese,immigrants being given "Equality". The than Deep State burocrats arbitrarily devised a sinister scheme to deprive, take away the Bill of Rights from applying to the states, I.E; Individuals and basically "Hijacked" - Freezing the Amendments protections reserving them to the Federal Government and creating the monstrosity known as the "Incorporation Doctrine". Whereby each Amendment would be have to be won back to apply to the states; Individuals. That would have to be challenged with initiating a Federal court case ending in the US Supreme Court. When the said case would be won the Supreme Court would then Vote to Incorporate the said Amendment to the states. The Second Amendment came back to life to apply to the states; Individuals by being incorporated by the US Supreme Court in 2010 with the McDonald vs. Chicago gun case. However, the Institutionalized Arrogance and non adherence of the burocrats to the fundamental Individual 2nd Amendment rights of the people continues with numerous infringements, contradictions,arbitary denials etc. Such as unconstitutional licensing schemes,bans, etc.

Glad my resident PRL was optional and only $10 in New Hampshire, it's good for five years. There's also no NICS fee or any other fees and no finger printing. New Hampshire requires only a resident ID to buy ammo be 18 for rifle ammo and 21 for handgun ammo. Residents can buy handguns and rifles with out a PRL or FID card also long as they pass a state background check for handguns and Federal for rifles. This basically takes 2-5 minutes and the dealer does it on line. If the system is down the dealer can still you the old method of calling it in. How long it takes, depends on how backup they are, longest it took me was one day to get approved.

new jersey needs to be sued about their ban on hollow point bullet ban as well. Do they know that hollow point bullets were designed to go into a target and stay there? Full metal jacketed bullets easily go thru a human body, and no joe biden they do not blow the lung out of the body, and they keep going. The dept. that I worked for, starting in the early 70s, mandated full metal jacketed ammo. We routinely shot junk cars that our range officer brought to our range. The jacketed ammo would go thru both doors and kept going. They finally woke the hell up and switched to hollow point ammo.

A woman is suing a sports stadium for $2.000.000 because they forced her to remove her MAGA hat, a violation of her first amendment rights. Another person is suing a university because his coffee stores on the campus had blue line flags (which are an abomination in my opinion) and the students got all butt hurt over them so the university cancelled his contract and he is now suing them for FOUR million dollars for violating HIS first amendment rights. The second amendment is not a second class right. NO private corporation which opens its doors to the public has the authority to deny my second amendment rights just because I came on THEIR property. Was it not a finding in united states v. guest that private corporations can be sued for violating protected rights? (correct me if I am wrong).
