That said, any body living a "middle class" life in Nigeria should definitely relocate. Bad as e bad, they will have a better life in Canada or elsewhere. The people who should think twice are those who earn in millions monthly and plan to only move their family while they still work in Nigeria because of their high income. Those people need to know that they will pay taxes on their worldwide income, therefore they need to consider if the taxes, the cold, health care system in Canada vs the money they can save/invest and the readily available private health care for them in Nigeria is worth the move.
