@@PinchOfLuck I kinda agree with you. I would never use a mod like this. Even Windows 11 isn't that bad in my opinion if you tweak it a bit. We all have to get on with the times. Although I decided to review this since people wanted me to.

@@YordanYanakiev I'm not the mod creator but there are some options already available. Revert8Plus is one of them, but it's buggy on Windows 11. For other options, you can do some research.

Thanks! And yeah, it's actually a Windows 10 + 11 mod. The base is 11 21h2, while there are parts reverted to their Windows 10 ones.

I think it isn't really the goal of the creators to make it look classic. They rather try to fix the issues that a lot people have with Windows 11. On the other side, they want it to look modern. I honestly don't like the Windows 11 ui at all, but we gotta envolve and adapt at some point. I wouldn't use a mod like this too. With some tweaks, Windows 11 is okay to use.

@@gamespaceepicDo you mean on the phone itself or an emulator? I don't own an IPhone although I can boot Windows 7 on android using limbo pc emulator. If it isn't allowed to use an emulator, then it isn't possible.

@@hecker4050 I think it isn't a good idea to port the official Aero from Windows 7 since Windows 10 would become very buggy. But there are some good thirdy party options available. You can patch your system to support more themes like for example an sweet theme like you would find on kde in Linux or Aero themes in your case. You can manually find one and install it. Or to make it easier and better, use the 21h2to7 transformation pack which is very accurate to the real Windows 7. You can use Revert8Plus too. You can do your research on the options and choose the one you prefer. I wont recommend installing an complete Windows mod that comes with an iso to reinstall Windows since those can break and you don't know what the person did with the Windows install. @@mahdihanif1393 Yes but I mentioned that the notepad is a vmware 16 bug, this will happen on any version of Windows 11. An older version of thr vmware tools fixes the issue. This issue doesn't happen in newer vmware versions too.

Because Enderman did it already, and they would accuse me of stealing his video because of the textboxes which aren't even the same. It's sad since I really wanted to make a video of it.

Well, my specs are old but they still work fine for me. My cpu is an Intel core i5 4460, I have 8 gb of ddr3 ram which I might upgrade to 16 gb which is the maximum that the motherboard supports, I have a nvidia geforce gtx 745 4gb and I have a 512 gb sata ssd as my bootdrive, while also having a 1 tb internal hdd and 2 external hdd's of another 1tb each for more storage. Pretty old specs, but I get stuff done nicely 😅

@@solarwavyacid yeah, my specs still run vms smoothly. If you want a fast Windows 10/11 vm, make sure to install it on your ssd like I did. On a hdd, it's slow, no mather what hardware.

That's just a thing with older Windows 10 versions, I was using 1809 since it performs better then 22h2 in a vm and I got it.

@@2018-windows-ten But why would you need it? It's just a shortcut to the Windows search feature (SearchApp.exe) which is already build in.

@@straightmustafaThanks! The problem is that smaller resolutions look bad on a monitor with a 16:10 aspect ratio, and setting my host aspect ratio to 16:9 doesn't look good either.

@@AndrewPCs I use VMware Workstation 16, but the newest version is 17.5. I use 16 since it works better on my hardware, but I recommend 17.5 for most people. It was paid for a long time, but it recently became free.
