    On day 3 of no Marijuana and I’m really struggling but still pushing through. I’m unable to get out of bed at the moment and feed myself. Even hydrating myself is a struggle. Please pray for me. I’m so disappointed in myself for falling into this deep addiction. I never thought it would get this bad. Right now it feels like I’m dying but based off of what others are saying, I can see I’m clearly not alone in this experience.

    Been dealing with these episodes for about 10 years and just now figuring out what it is. Same as you, I thought it was food poisoning or just a viral infection. Each episode lasts about 6 hours and it's worse than a hangover! Well, guess it's time to quit... it's not going to be easy.

    You can only get CHS from eating too many edibles on a regular basis. It took about 9 months to come on for me. Followed by extreme depression, non stop crying and suicidal thoughts. Ended up not being able to eat much anymore feeling nausea everytime I ate food. After quitting for 3 months everything went back to normal. Doesn't happen when u smoke THC only happens when you eat THC. Can't stress that enough.

    I have a feeling people need to purge the water solubles out, the plant foods and sugars aren't good to toke... Vacuum in water to remove water bubbles using vacuum pump, then 180 degrees, the pee colored purge takes 15 minutes or so, and a coffee filter can sift the pee colored stuff out, i think that To me, unpurged of water solubles weed or oil from that weed can cause coughing excessively, headaches and body aches

    • @TedMishler
      @TedMishler 2 месяца назад

      But you can't heat it under vacuum as the boiling point would drop to room temperature strangely enough, so air bubbles removed from pulverized dried weed speeds up the purging of that pee colored coughy water soluble stuff

    12 years of heavy all day smoking, edibles, concentrate ect, I threw up for the first time one month ago and stopped for 2 week straight while on a trip visiting my mom. I came back and craved it sooo much.. and it has been very hard on me mentally thinking I had to just give it up forever.. your video gave me so much hope and strength to cleanse out for a while and be “normal” smoker ❤️

    I had CHS and recovered. It lasted 2-3 days of vomiting for me, but felt off for about 15-30 days. My anxiety was over the roof and yes looking up stuff on google made it 300x times worse. I still smoke weed however I can feel the prodromal stage and quit at that point, and restart after a month of break. Accepting the fact and acknowledging everything with myself resolved the anxiety and fears. So far it has worked for me.

    I'm in my late 30's smoked pretty much daily since i was 15, other than my years in the service. The problem is the dispensaries. Weed never used to smell like chemicals or taste funky. When the gov got a hold of it its gone down hill... im currently having these issues, which is what brought me to this video... its either this or what my docs may think is Celiac disease. So will see, but im def going to keep this video in mind, never even knew CHS was a thing.

    I landed in the hospital a little over 6 months ago for CHS. I had uncontrollable vomiting for about 5 days straight and my fiancé finally convinced me to go to the ER. When I walked through the doors of the ER my chest started to feel like it was caving in on me and it also felt like somebody grabbed my ribs with a death grip, twisted and wouldn’t let go. I thought my body was shutting down and really felt like I was about to die. After a couple of minutes the pain in my chest and ribs subsided. The doctor ran all kinds of test and nothing came back irregular. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and asked if I smoke. I told him yes and he asked me how often. I told him daily. That it was a couple of times a day everyday. Immediately he knew what was going on and diagnosed me with CHS. I stayed in the hospital for a couple of days. Once I got home I had a choice to make. I had my tool box (every real smoker has a tool box) in my closet. Even knowing what smoking had just done to me I wanted to burn so bad. Then I thought about my kids and my fiancé. It wasn’t easy but I threw everything away and I haven’t smoked in almost 7 months now. Might not seem like much of an accomplishment to some but I’m so proud of myself and how far I’ve come. Weed can definitely be an addiction and I never thought so until it put me in a rough spot. I feel more clear minded and focused. I never realized how much time I spent smoking. I would be in my garage for 45 mins to an hr 3 to 5 times a day. I have so much more time to give to my lady and my kids now. It was a real scary moment when everything happened but it ended up being the biggest blessing for me. I’m not knocking anyone who’s still smoking. To each their own but in my case quitting was the best decision for me and I can’t tell you how much better things have been since I did.

    I'm so glad I stumbled on this page. My boyfriend didn't believe me about CHS, everyone I know that vapes weed, edible's, all of it, they don't believe me. My boyfriend is getting sick all the time, gets thirsty all the time, he will be fine and then get so sleepy even when he slept along time. He is randomly getting depressed but says he doesn't know why, I keep trying to say it's the weed...doesn't believe me. My friends and boyfriend say weed is habit forming but not addicting...addiction is habit forming I think. If it wasn't addicting, he wouldn't be hitting up everybody he knows just to get it from a "dealer" cause the weed store wasn't open that day. I keep trying to warn him about it, it's like cigarettes and vaping of all kinds, it's a substance and I've watched it actually kill a young boy on youtube with no other drugs in his system. I felt so alone with the just say no to drugs, but glad I know that you have this to share your experiences with CHS.

    Grew my own with no kind of pesticides. It was all organic and I still develop chs. The reason behind this illness is that the THC IS TOO HIGH in weed these days. This was never heard of in the 80's and 90's weed.
