Very good! I love speculative evolution and I love your blockbench videos. I'm a nature person, so seeing your insect and fish blockbench videos is just awesome to me! I have a question, though. Will you ever put the insects you've made (the ghost mantis, beetles etc.) into an actual mod? I have seen your videos about Minecraft modded and seen you put them in Minecraft, I'm just not sure if this is an official mod, or just you playing around with the models.

@@ourwildernessandwildlife Those insect will be in my downloadable mod, when finished. Those videos where they are in the game are previews as I practice my own modding skills and construct the mod piece by piece, feature by feature. It will take a time but I do have in mind to make a mod about insects (and other critters) that, when finished, you'll be able to download and play with. More details about the mod are even in my Aye Aye video.

Sure, in the video I did say, how as scaly skin impressions we have avaliable, I still could do SOME filaments to be present, not full on wooly body if I would want to go for the most plausible of options IMO, but (I guess I kinda forgot to write it in) you still can experiment in some imaginary traits even outside of plausibilities for fun, unless you're working for something educational like dino docs or encyclopedias, yn this stuff where is better to try to be accurate and actually informational. Again, in some fiction you could go for making the animal more unique and spiced up than how it would actually be. Again, if anything, just correct me.

No I didn't. Insect hotel was just one of the several feature ideas I had and managed to partially program to the game, including this mob. I did move my attention to different features to program, but that doesn't mean I have already forget about it.

@@Robsonv345 The skills may be affected by the age of the modder as well. When you grow up, you may understand or develop certain skills much better than now. What I mean is even I when I was much younger had weaker skills or knowledge that were nothing against skills I have Right Now with high age.

Its ancestor is ment to be any Tegu lizard in general, it could be for example this species: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argentine_black_and_white_tegu In spec. evo community, the today's ancestral animal is given rather to be a lineage of animals than the certain species, which is why I didn't say "this X species in particular evolved into this".

Emm, sorry these ideas need much more elaboration than just this stuff. Not to mention that while you did request me some TFIW creations, the mod part idea was from someone else.

I'm making my own mod with bugs and tiny critters. Some people already asked me if I would want to work with other modders, but for me I don't want to. I'm a solo worker, not very interested. Sorry.

I'm aware of what he did, but he commented even to me that he apologized and won't do it again. Other than that, I have learned interesting things from him and kinda grew up with his content.
