Merci Elle. Nice to see that ramen is for everyone anywhere. We've got a ramen fest here in Montreal and also have one in old Montreal called Neo Tokyo with a cyberpunk aesthetic. It kinda looks like the noodle bar in Blade Runner if you've seen it. Also I'm a fan of good cheese so a video on Parisian fromageries would be great 🧀😊👍

Bonjour Gabrielle! I thought you were in Tokyo! Menkichi's ramen is really similar to the ramen I always eat in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe. I thought the other ramen had a lot of ingredients. I would be happy if mutual understanding between France and Japan could advance in foods, literature, and many other things.

I'm from NY and go to Montreal a lot. It actually reminds me of a mix of Lyon and Philly rather than Paris and NYC, but I know what you mean. Montreal definitely has that American East coast, working class city vibe. It is such a great city with amazing food.

I tried Kodawari Tsukiji last month. I had the "Sardine Bomb". I can't speak for ramen in Japan, but it's definitely the best ramen I've ever had

I am torn between Carette and Cafe Campana. The nice thing about Carette is its atmosphere of being back in time especially the outdoor seating. The Cafe Campana is such a rare treat inside the train station with the “real large clock” as its interior focal point. Staffs are friendly even at busy hours. Food is good and affordable. The “large clock” background was even used in a movie as background. Choosing between the two : my vote goes to Cafe Campana 💕🇫🇷
