I also heavily recommend the "Call of the Mountain" cinematic. It's REALLY good but sadly very underrated.

The co-creator just did an interview and he said they have been working under the idea of a series of 2 season shows. The first one that we all watched was set in Piltover. The next set will be in Noxus which I assume from the look of this it will be focused on Mel's return. They are working on two others one in Ionia and one in Demacia.

At the beginning of the Amumu cinematic, you can see a shadowy wolf figure following Amumu. This is most likely the Wolf aspect of Kindred because everywhere Amumu goes death and destruction follows because of his curse.

Xayah and Rakan's cinematic could make you believe Zed is one of the "Classic bad character" but no. Zed is one of the best written character in the League. His story with Shen and connection with Noxus is really good. I highly recommend you to check his digital comic.

If you like this and Arcane I think there's a good chance that you'll like Pantheon, amazing sow that really flew under the radar because it didn't get much promotion or distribution, it was on AMC+

For Annie Origins, basically all of your questions are answered by Annie's drawings at the very start of the cinematic. These drawings show Annie's story up to this point, but also her mentality and trauma, so just like real children's drawings, these are a window to how Annie is feeling about everything. For this explanation I will go drawing by drawing and explain what is important to take away from the series of drawing. - The first one shows Annie and a taller female (her mom) with the bear next to a present. Her mom gave Tibbers to Annie as a gift. - The second drawing is just that her mom, Annie, and Tibbers had a lot of fun together so that one feels superfluous to the story. But it actually is important to see that it does not show a father. We can take from this drawing that Annie does not know if the man is her real dad. Extra info: There is a short story from the perspective of Annie's mom where they tried to escape a magic institute and a man helped them out. It is implied that he is Annie's bio father, but Annie does not know this. - The third drawing shows Annie's mom buried beneath the ground, Annie and Tibbers are outside of a house, where a man with black hair is next to a woman and child with yellow hair. Annie's mom died, and she was adopted into a new family. Tibbers is the only thing she has left that reminds her of her mom, that is why Tibbers is so important to her, and why she gets upset when people try to take or hurt the bear since she would see it as hurting the memory of her mom. Extra info: If we take the short story into consideration again, after the mom died, the man who was helping them kept moving until they reached the forests next to The Freljord, and this is where they tried to settle down and lay low from the wrath of Leblanc, and also where Annie's powers started to manifest. - The last drawing is Annie's childlike hopes and dreams, reuniting with her mom again, and taking the only good part of her current situation with her, which is the dad. There is a fire surrounding them and the blond child is now sad. It does not look like she wants them dead, but she wants to leave them because they aren't her mom. The entire cinematic is supposed to make you question whether or not Annie intended to do any of those things. Did Annie burn Daisy's hand to get back at her for calling Tibbers stupid, or was she frustrated that Daisy wouldn't give him back and the emotional response ended up burning Daisy's hand? Did Annie intentionally burn Daisy's hand while in the water so that she was the only child the adoptive mother could love, or was she so worried about Daisy that instead of helping, the fire ended up hurting her and causing her to let go? When she overheard the adoptive mother say Annie was a monster, did she burn the house down to show her what a real monster does, or was she so sad that she wanted fire for comfort but that ended up igniting the very flammable wood house? It's for the viewers to decide and argue about.

Your reaction and this comment section makes me feel like a psychopath, because I felt nothing about Isha by the end. Vander coming to and immediately protecting his children fucked me up, and the sisters losing their dad twice over fucked me, but Isha never landed for me as a character. She was giving plot device the entire season.

For Annie's story: I heard a reference to an old allegory regarding Jinx in another YT channel, and I think it far more applies here literally " An unloved child will burn their village to the ground to feel it's warmth." This allegory is usually spared for the cause of narcissism or sociopathy, I don't think that it applies to Annie herself. I think this kind of pain applies to the stuffed bear that causes the problems. Clearly, it seems to be cursed and is taking her pain and applying the revenge, while still being loyal to her.

Someone should make you a playlist to follow. Some cinematics have a certain order not these particularly. Like if you dive into the ruination cinematic it has a whole order which will make it less confusing if you do watch it out of order.

These cinematics are went from Fight-porn to Misery-Porn because the game is so toxic LoL players only react to pain. You have normal working emotions so you feel the pain and cannot process it. These cinematics/arcane are some of the only times emotions come out of me after 15 years of LoL
