For this trip or in the future? In Guatemala we only staying in the Airbnb and the hostel. The Airbnb is here: www.airbnb.com/slink/cLTfqmxv The hostel we stayed at was called Central Hostel. They don't have a website but you can google them. They were great, but all the hostels around Antiqua are beautiful and inexpensive so you can't go wrong there
You must return and visit Tikal mayan ruins and climb volcanoes Acatenango both are a MUST
yeah, that's what we were going to do that first time. Next time we'll start with that since we didn't get to do it

Totally worth it. We're going back for a long visit when we can. Especially around Lake Atitlan. Haha he said he's been saving that for when we go to Dublin but it felt right to break out the moves.

Looks great! I really wanted that final breakfast. And it really stressed me out wjen you mentioned being suoer hungry on day 1, Sara, and then proceeded to only show any eating several activities later! Also, great shirt on day 1, Tony! Kind of a low-key version of those amazing natural dye colours they have there
We might have found a snack or two prior to our meal. That hike up the stairs was probably more rough for us being on empty 😅

what a fun vid. how is everything so colorful?? Sooooo Guatemala isn't El Salvador, so you may want to include some content about making sure you are travelling in a safe side of town. I have wanted to see guatemala because guatemala has a very unique coffee bean, and every time you get guatemalan coffee in america you get a different flavor. I would also be looking for the nearest volcanos to get some epic pics. The scenery is great, but that air bnb is massive underrated
Airbnb was so underrated. Both Lake Atitlan and Antingua were pretty safe. We walked around a bunch in both places. Of course we always make sure not to venture out at night too much unless in heavily touristy areas and we dont go down back alleyways or anything anywhere we travel, but we had heard a lot of negative things about those areas. I'm not sure if Guatemala City is a different story though

I am guatemalan and i can recomend you Guatemala City, Is just too much bad Fame, because in general the city Is safe, there's areas like all countries AND cities that are no safe, but in general Is safe. In Guatemala City there's an archeological site Kaminal Juyu, Historical Center with the Catedral and Palace, the central market with a Lot of handicrafts, typical guatemalan food 😋, the Railway Museum (you can traje a Little tour by the city in this Railway), zone 4 call 4 Grados Norte, in zone 16 Ciudad Cayalá (you must visit this), Aurora Zoo, zone 9, zone 10 this are Places that i recommend you. Even the malls if you want shopping Oakland Place, Miraflores and Fontabella Plaza.

Why did crowdstrike's computers all go down? They made a change to the code, without checking it, and it all just so happened to go down. It all went down right after Donald Trump's talk about the sassy nation. So the next day, everyone was talking about the computer outtage, and not Trumps story of sassy. This was not a coincidence.

Yup. You have to throw it away in the trash bin. We first experienced that in Southeast Asia, so we kind of had an expectation, but in Asia we also had bumguns 😅

A friend and I just booked a flight to Bogota for December! Can’t wait to eat a tamale at La Puerta Falsa, throw back a few beers over some tejo, and experience the local nightlife! I was sitting in the San Juan PR airport waiting for a flight looking at the departure board and saw Bogota on the list. Three days later we booked a flight!
