What do you do for your job?

Cooking is my hobby❤ i didnt used to know how to really cook, but 18 years ago when i had my son i was determined to learn. I spent many many hours watching cooking videos on PBS. Now, i have an empty nest and I'm retired. I spend many many hours learning how to cook for one person. Using youtube and library books. It's lots of fun. (But i know you just got promoted 6 months from this video and don't have all that time...one day!!!)

You are so inspiring. Motivated me to move my Bible next to my bed with my devotional. Now to get started being more diligent.

I imagined you listening to YT or a talking book on the commute but I see from other comments that I got that wrong. 😂 I think you look great but if you don’t want to add more weight then I think perhaps a calorie reduction is needed. What I would do is smaller portions of everything except vegetables. Also I avoid juices and sugary drinks and just have water or tea. Exercising is great but you'd need to do hours of it to burn off a lot of calories and you're too busy for that. On exercise, have you tried yoga with adriene? Her chill style might suit you. She really helped me build up strength and flexibility. ❤

Congratulations on your new position. Waking up very early is challenging for me as well. I love your positive attitude and the way you do your best to make time to do your devotional and Bible reading even if it means getting up extra early. One thing that helps me is to get as much prepared the night before:) I pre-cook boiled eggs and make my sandwiches the night before. Home exercise is a great idea! I see another viewer recommended some👍🏼 I enjoy everything about your videos and appreciate you, Jenny!
