You've probably already thought of this, but I think yiu should try to get an office-style chair when you can. One with back support and adjustable height. The one you use now looks too low for the desk. In the short term, a cushion or two to raise you up a bit might protect your back. 😊

Water in Ghana coming from the national pipeline is safe but some new areas aren't connected and some don't have a regular flow. So using the sachet water is much safer if she doesn't know the source of her water.
