I have beat the hell out of my little engine F100. Just hit 30,000 miles I have about 40 runs on it doesn't smoke at all, and it still is strong as it was years ago. Bulletproof.

@@jack-dp6ws i got the full pipe and just ended up using the muffler, you can just weld on the bbr muffler to your header

@@Herb-i2e no the cancel core is for the actual bbr muffler this is a knock off its different. If you get a d section you could use it and just weld it onto your header pipe

Yessir. I may try to modify it to work if i dont end up just getting a BBR D section muffler. The BBR muffler is just the way to go bc its legit bolt on and off within minutes

@@officiall.a.z3499 i stay on top of it so not but if you dont do the maintenance than it definitely wont last. You wanna keep up on the valve adjustment and also oil changes. I recommend doing the upgraded valves bc the stock ones are weak and tend to stretch after some time

@ i check valves every 5 rides or so and do oil change every race

@JesseK410 so if I was riding onroad few times a week fe 5 gears daytona will I need to change it weekly after every ride

@@kellyallen9248 off another SSR 150/160/170tx. i got mine off bikes ive had never found anywhere to buy the same header itself new. This header is from the slowracer tho its different than a ssr tx header is.

Oh ok😂 I was looking online to try to find it in mass, and only saw a private pit bike race or something! That’s pretty sick!!! I’m in central mass and My neighbor has a private track, it’s definitely nice to have a track to yourself 😂

@Boudreau-79 yeah this was on a race day event with Masters of Minis…i was hitting these jumps for the first time & it was also first time riding there. I was the only one to hit the big step up on a pit bike it was a booter

@MichaelWard-mi3qf i honestly dont even remember what length the cable is its been a wile sense this build but i know the bracket i use bolts to the carb and the cable attaches from the underneath not over the top

@@marlingatorfishing9026 oh nice, so this is the same as the og pipe, my problem is the different engine setup im running…the pf2/pf3s didn’t come with klx style top ends on the ssr 125 engines so it fits different than how it was meant to. I think im just gonna fab my own header to this muffler or a bbr D section

Ok with that being said its still a pit bike brotha. Its a horizontal, air cooled engine. In a bbr klx110 based perimeter frame. Same parts on any full mod klx110. Its by all means still a pit bike. We call this a “full mod” . I race this in pit bike events up against similar bikes like klx110s bore to 194cc so not sure how you think its not a pit bike but its all good haha

@ exactly it definitely will and the BBR header is even small for the stock 190 but just fits the frame so well thats what made me wanna go that route, know what i mean…

@ haha yeah unfortunately the pirinha headers are trash that “mega bomb” actually just has a normal pipe running through the middle there fake, its just for looks apparently cuz my friends split down the middle and thats how we saw inside it to see it was just for looks and they are smaller diameter than what i would run and cheap thin wall stainless pretty much same deal as the factory ssr 160 tx headers ive used in the past

@ is a PF2/PF3 more desirable cuz it has a beefier frame than newer models? The new ones just don’t look like they could take the abuse that these could lol

@ yeah these are much more desirable and stronger the the other frames made for the crf50 and similar bikes

@@Jazsft thanks man and maybe but it would be a tighter fit. Would be cool if BBR made a mini u flow haha. Guys with the perimeter 50 frames run it in the middle facing the rear which isn’t so bad just makes it a lil harder to mess with the carb depending on what one you’re running

@ yeah 100% gonna be a pain to adjust but that’s all part of the fun 🤣 I wonder if you’d be able to 3d print your own mini uflow that would be sick

@ yeah im sure i could have someone print a mini uflow. I saw someone on PM2.0 making a copy of the Uflow the other day cuz he said they were to expensive to buy lol

@ ide say the price is reasonable for what you getting, they are the only ones that designed a air box like that and it works awesome. Definitely scoop one up. I bought mine pre owned for like 80 bucks with a good air filter and outerwears on it

@@ogken818 its a SSR Motorsports “PF2” they also made a PF3 model witch came with the bigger wheels (12/14) but both have been discontinued sense 2005 so only way to get one would be pre owned

I did just now actually lol. just couldn’t find the one at first that didn’t have the blue or red anodized tip. Do you know of the BBR gas lid fits the SSR tank?

@ no unfortunately the bbr cap doesn’t fit the ssr tank, part of the reason i got this bbr tank and also because i wanted to use the light speed carbon tank cover i have on it. The ssr tank is a little different, you can use the ebay cnc gas caps tho

The SSR gas caps off the TX model work too
