Is there any JMACX 6x6 tray in South Africa
35s on 300 series is the most ideal size in my opinion.
Does the vehicle actually get lifted as the springs sit higher? What about the curve of the springs?
My 2020 79 dual cab has had the 4495KG GVM with the chassis extension and coil conversion since new. Travelled over 100,000km now. Done a heap of varied driving from towing caravans over 30,000KM, beach driving and towing on the beach. Completed advanced 4wding and recovery certification in it, hence driven some really extreme tracks which I must say it handled extremely well. The trainers and other participants were amazed where I could drive it with the extended wheel base. It’s in touring mode 24/7 hence it’s consistently over 4T, and it’s my daily drive. To say I’ve been impressed is an understatement, it’s been absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended Jason and the team, they have always gone above and beyond. 👍😎

@jmacxoffroadsollutions6654 why would a stubaxle extension (e.g. Tru Tracker) give more load on the bearings. Dont understand that comment.
Sells a pre reg kit for 76 series and the exhaust (torqit) doesn’t fit. Pretty average!

I have a 76 with the 3900kg coil GVM post rego. Absolutely love it, its changed the way it drives tenfold on and off road. With the future of the 70 series in question, will you guys continue to offer post rego coil gvms? Just incase i decide to build a single cab in the next couple of years.

Joined the queue in Victoria to get my 4495 done the other week, which wheels do you have on the vehicle you talked to. They look very nice.
We showed two vehicles the wheels on the first were Method and the second had assault matte black with black bolts and graphite face method 312 matte black
About to do a portal build so not an option for me, but no doubt the best GVM upgrade on the market.
We got the 4200kg GVM upgrade on our 2011 200 series, in WA, awesome product, what’s happening to assist the WA installer (Hunter mechanical) to now get my GCM increased, now that WA allows this. Keen as to get this done. Cheers

Jmacx are finallizing the documention /roll out process for gcm .we have spoken to the head of WA transport and will provide them the documentation and test data to ensure it meets their needs .once this is done in the next few weeks we will be able to roll this out in WA

Jmacx is, in my opinion , the best suspension option to increase your weight capacity in Oz. Jason, Jye and the team are all legends. I have a 4495 79 cruiser and it does everything Jason says these things can do. Boss aluminium canopy’s, are in my opinion, the very best tray and canopy’s in Oz. Love my canopy. Dave and his crew are also legends. Been to both Jmacx headquarters in Caloundra and Boss headquarters in Melbourne and met all the guys. Been all around Oz and it’s an awesome combination.

Are you running 18” OR 17” method wheels?? What’s your actual tyre size.
But its okay to re rate the front axle based on fitting your springs and shocks, a little hypercritical.
Good luck getting it done by AEV in a reasonable timeframe. It's all guess work unless you are connected like old mate

Toyota fanboys are a funny breed…buy totally the wrong car for the job then spend twice the purchase price to change absolutely everything about the car just so they can say ‘oh but it’s a cruiser’. Buy the right car for the job in the first place.
I hear you and I have a 2500 but with very little payload at the car rego level, truck rego, rules and insurance suck in the NB2 space, so all of the sudden a properly modded 200/300 or even 79 doesn’t sound so bad. Not for me but I get it.

Crazy request here, anything you'd do for us in the other colony? Meaning the United States. I'm over here with ~480kgs of payload and I want to get a truck camper, the ones i want would easily put me ~280-300kgs over. Of course i wouldn't want any liability or gov certs, just more of a list of to-do to hand my local mechanic.

Have no doubt what your stating about the legalities of lifts is true, but for us consumers it’s very frustrating and confusing when you got superior and Jrace offering engineered big lifts post rego for the 70’s. So are you saying their kits are void and Jmacx ones aren’t? Be good to get jrace, superior, jmacx and TMR in one room for a discussion to set the record straight once and for all.

Nice work guys. Also Monster Offroad in Victoria has been doing something very similar for a while now and seeing the same weak points coming in to be fixed alot too. We love our limited 1500 2022 but wish there was a replacement for stronger airbags. That would also be a game changer.. I'll leave that for your wizards to work out..

An honest review. So many cowboys out there. With the high price of these vehicles to start does it place the overall cost out of reach for the average buyer. It astounds me that Ram don't build the realistic ratings in from factory. I looked at a new Ram 2500 to tow my 4000kg Gtm caravan, but the tare load rating was around 700kg. That's more than eaten up getting it to kerb weight with a bull bar, tow bar, fuel, passengers and say a 350kg tow hitch download. You can't load a thing in the tray or you are illegal. So much for eating anything for breakfast.
With the pricing of these cars and the extra cost for a GVM upgrade. 2500kg rear axle rating is actually not much. Of course, much better than factory but still not enough to fit a fully loaded canopy, 4 people, a roof rack and long range fuel tank. Then you a ball weight and the rear axle will be over. Can't fit a roof top tent or boat loader and boat.
