@@Jon2727go I've been well my friend. I've been slow jogging for about an hour in the morning and then later on in the day too. I've also discovered many Chinese and Asian channels on RUclips about slow jogging which is cool.

Good video! Today (Sunday) I hiked 4 miles while wearing a 40 pound weight vest. Very tough
40 pound !!! Wow !!! I had no idea you were this good!
@@Jon2727go yeah it was tough. I don't know if you have ever did rucking where u wear a weight vest while walking or carrying a weighted back pack but it's great exercise. I was hurting by mile 2. Lol
@@jonstone6460 No, I haven’t tried it because I had an injury before, it’s not suitable for me. It does sound like a challenging workout, though!

Jon, what is your diet like?
Recently, it’s been the Mid-Autumn Festival in Taiwan. We gather for BBQ, so we’ve been enjoying a lot of meat and beer.
Our regular diet is quite balanced. We consume meat, vegetables, and fruits. Our main staple is rice, but we also include noodles or bread.

That’s awesome! Slow jogging and aerobics are such great ways to stay active and healthy.
@@Jon2727go yeah I dropped like 50-60 pounds with slow jogging, power walking and aerobics type exercises. I'm 46 so I had to lower the calories.

Did 30 mins slow jogging today and yesterday, a long with a two hour hike today. Labor day here in the USA.

How did you start slow jogging? What made you get into it?
Of course it’s for better health. My wife signed me up for the 5K marathon. In order to be able to finish the race. I started practicing Slow jogging on my own.

Did a 3 miles hike in the woods by my house today. Only 3 miles but lots of steep rock walls to climb etc. hope that you had a good Sunday and weekend.
That sounds like a fantastic hike! Those steep rock walls definitely add an extra challenge.
