@@jackhglass what trim level Accord are you in? The LE Camry will get about that. The XSE will never get that kind of fuel mileage.

@@1tuffzx10 I don't work on motorcycles anymore... 57 Motorsports is no longer in business. This build here is the top end of extreme and around $30k+ You can get anywhere from $5k on up in price for a turbo bike. Maybe even less depending on how extreme you do or don't want it to be.

@@alexmaccity I've tuned plenty of race bikes and street bikes. I assure you it's good. And Ram Air doesn't do much of anything below 100 and doesn't make boost until 150. And this bike doesn't have ram air so that wouldn't matter either.

Still want to simulate that air flow you would have down the road. Send it to gale banks, and see what he says.

@@natvega1 nowadays they sell the parts on ebay for $25 to just replace the entire housing. So every 10-15 years when it gives you a problem, just buy a new one.

@@travionmontgomery those can't be tuned through the ecu.... You would have to update your ecu to an 02-07 32 bit ecu.

@@KeithsTVHD1 mine too... I got the same wheel just 2 weeks ago. So I've got a brand new tire again, and 12,200 miles on the other 3... Well, that was 2500 miles ago. 🤣

@@bossmanxll1023 I used the Toyota oil filter. And as far as Toyota oil vs Mobil, from what I hear they're the same thing. But I run the 0w-8 that's recommended for the car. 0w-20 is high viscosity compared to what the engine is designed for.

@@timlo9361 I wonder if you didn't slug the filter. Maybe there was something hung up and it didn't come out when you flushed it. You can get a cheaper filter at Autozone. They're like $5... I have the part number in the description of the green 1000 video. I'd try to get a new filter and try it again. Because if the fuel flows before you put the filter on, the filter is the issue.

@@TEAMWRIGHTEOUS As of now mine reports 44.9, so even if it is off it is still well over 42 likely over 43 (based on your calcs). We'll see once I get more miles on it. I'm considering swapping the 19's for 18's for added driving range (since the SE gets better MPG than the XSE). Make for a good video (nudge, nudge) I know I'd watch it.

Yeah... I've definitely come to that conclusion that I need lighter wheels and tires. And this fuel mileage has never been attained since that weekend. Lol. As far as the oil change. I've definitely done that. And I have a video showing the oil analysis break down with the metal in the oil after my first oil change at 2200 miles. I'm at 13k miles now and I've changed it 3 times already. (changed it the 3rd time at 11,600.

I don't see any advantage to running a higher octane... But I have thought about trying it to see if there is a fuel economy difference. We have 87, 89 and 93 here. 89 is usually enough for even stuff that I've tuned that has more timing in it. But it would be a test you could try out and then do the math to see if it's worth it. With the price gap on different octances nowadays, I don't think any gain will ever justify the price.

This one made more power than any other gen 2 ZX14R on pump gas that hit my dyno back then. So maybe he had one of the good motors that just happened to make more power, but the stock exhaust and slip ons did great on this one.

I'm in the seat all day long pretty much. I get out a few times a day, but mostly stay in it. I also just recently got back from a long road trip. The time in the seat was just fine. Not uncomfortable at all... When I was looking for a car, it had to be a hybrid for what I do. If it wasn't, it would've been a 10 year old car that got worse fuel economy but didn't have anywhere near the payment on it. At first glance, there are tons of hybrids. Many brands have their own... But I learned they all do them differently. So I started researching who had the best. It came down to Toyota and Honda like yourself. Then I had to learn the differences. So I watched a video from The Car Care Nut, and he showed the 2 brands side by side and discussed their differences. While they're both great brands for quality and long life, from what I gathered from that video is I would have less issues in long life(500k+ miles) with the Toyota. That and I liked the styling of the Camry better. I felt like the Accord took a step back in looks. I don't think you can go wrong with either one. I just hope I made the best decision for me and will know in a few years if I got a good one or not.
