Good, I like the layout you deployed on the A-TAP. I deploy the same way on my US -FLC vest : Front End (Left/Right, tiple-M4-pouches each), Left/Right wing - Nalgene Oasis water bottle each. Rear side - 1x Admin pouch to hold energy bars for one-day hiking needed. thanks!

Why didn’t you use the tie you pulled out, instead of the zip-tie, to feed the blousing strap with?

Check out Cattail antenna I used one for ground to air coms and it works out to at least one or so kilometers. Way more comfortable than the tape style antenna.

So I've changed my mind on some things lately. I did the GWOT and always carried tqs exposed to sandstorms, particulate fouling (was a tanker), etc. Quick to get at, gtg. But, i live in northern Canada, where i can be exposed to windstorms, ice storms, dust and flying grass, and basically a lot of shit that'll gum up velcro. I carry one exposed for quick use, because a 2nd can always be applied, but also several others in fully enclosed pouches to protect them as much as i can to ensure their viability. Im no longer in, but still have one on every buttstock on every rifle. Just also carry very protected but easy to access ones. SORD TQ pouches work for me. Just my CAD$0.02

Just stumbled upon your channel. This is a great video and explanation. The head mount while explaining the equipment, as if it were us in your shoes, is a great perspective for this kind of video..in my opinion. This setup should be a standard, but I’m sure others would have another option. Great video. I definitely subscribed.
