If you think Poland is boring then why don't you explore polish history, culture and so on. There is so much to see and learn. In my opinion things like these are more valuable than spending (and waste) time at crowded shopping malls.

One soup pieczarkowa made from muschrooms taken from mushroom farms - white mushrooms. Pieczarka means in polish language mushroom from a cave. Another one is grzybowa soup made from wild mushrooms taken from a woods. Grzybowa is traditional soup for Christmas. Which one you eat?

Hello, I would like to say something about rosol soup. It's not an easy to cook soup. Good rosol must be prepared as below: Put parts of chicken ( best is corpse or wings)and spices in a cold water and start very slow cooking fore some hours ( 4-6 hours.). Do not boil water above 80 Celsius degree. Carrots must be put in one hour before end of cooking. Noodles must be cooked in another pot and given to a bowl before rosol soup. Finally at the serving we add a parsley :) Rosol soup is traditionally soup for Sundays. If We cooked more than one dinner the next day rosol soup become pomidorowa soup :)

Witam :) nie martw się. Prawie wyszła idealnie. Kaszanka musi się rozpaść i taką zrobiłaś :) Następnym razem wrzuć kaszankę jak się cebula zeszkli i wyjdzie idealna :) Kaszankę je się wraz ze świeżym pieczywem. Polecam zupę flaczki :)

Świetna opowieść, ale dowcip polega na tym, że nie można oceniać kraju tylko po ulicach, budynkach, autostradach, galeriach handlowych i tym podobnych. A co ze służbą zdrowia, co z wielkością mieszkać, co z zarobkami, które dalej są bardzo niskie w wielu branżach zwłaszcza uwzględniając obecną inflację? Do tego dochodzi, że w tej 'nowej Polsce' żyje w całości dopiero pokolenie ludzi bardzo młodych, urodzonych po 2005 roku. A co z całą resztą ludzi, których jest większość w obecnym społeczeństwie? Oni nie obudzili się tu nagle wczoraj ze snu zimowego, tylko żyją tu od pokoleń na tych ziemiach. Dla nich to wszystko to jest kontinuum i przeszłość jest nie do wymazania. Wiele osób ma traumatyczne przeżycia i ładna galeria czy autostrada nie są w stanie poprawić ich stanu zdrowia psychicznego. Mówienie, że Polska to nowoczesny, bogaty kraj to lekka przesada.
