Having an lfo control the amount of a second lfo set to a different period is like an audio spirograph, the game where your draw by rotating circles of different size against each other... The scientific term is epicycloids i thinks. I need to try that on my Hydrasynth (sorry not UDO owner, just fan of Hazel ;) )

Fascinating! I especially like that you seem to default to the LFOs for these rhythmic patches, Hazel, then bring-in the looping envelope afterward if you need it. I tend to default the other way, I almost always start with the looping envelope and then add-in a free-running LFO. But I really like the kind of sound you get from this other way around!

Does the volume change when you modulate the mix parameter? This is an issue because it feels like a tremolo on top. (Middle state of the mix parameter is a lot lower in volume) My og nord lead 1 acts the same, its a love hate relationship. This mix behaviour got fixed in the nord lead 2 and that was a big improvement!

I have a super 6 not sure of getting a super eight because this kind of behavior is so unpredictable.

Unfortunately, LFO1 with Reset mode modulating the VCF on my Super 6 doesn't sound at all like the one demoed here by Hazel. I don't hear any difference to the Free mode besides both having different phases. Anyone else getting the same results?

Every time I think about what I paid for this I get buyer's remorse. It's the most that I ever spent on a synth. That all goes away within 2 minutes after I turn it on. George was exactly right about getting lost in this thing. It's an amazing sound machine!

Awesome little performance! And what a brilliant instrument created by an even more brilliant man! If any of you are on the fence about getting the Super Gemini, don't hesitate. It's been months since I picked up mine and I'm still beyond enthralled.

seems the sound is more frontal, less ethereal than super 6. So the (poor) arpeggiator is more proeminent. But the good thing is the keyboard and always a good interface.
