And when I unplug the left side buttons, the problem goes away and I can assign the right buttons. But then my left buttons don’t work obviously. The problem is simulating like a stuck button or something in the left control. But there is not a stuck button.

@zachstuff4079 Your radio might be the issue. I used to have a Binize radio in past that act like that. Until I changed it.

First is the radio harness a factory made with the harness or did you make the connection with aftermarket?

It sounds like the 12V constant wire is connected with 12 V ACC which keeps the radio on all times and drain your battery.

Your radio needs both wires but the 12v constant is a yellow wire and 12v ACC is a red wire. 12 ACC allow your radio to come on only wire the key is turned to ACC. If you interchanged the wires, your radio will stay on and drain your battery.

Make sure the headunit camera settings is put 720p resolution.

Your radio harness has a brake wire. The brake wire must be grounded.

It says parking brake on the harness diagram, would that be the same thing?

You have to hook the red wire to a 12V ACC not constant 12V. The 12V ACC only energizes when the car key is in ignition or started. Make sure it 12V ACC wire!!!!!

@@eazidiyi did, it is connected to the red ACC power, tested the red wire with a multi meter and it does in fact only get power when the ignition is on, but my buttons are always lit no matter if the car is on or off. Could it be the ground?

I got it figured out!! The multimeter I was using was giving me a lot of trouble. Thank you very much. In the end the left buttons ended up malfunctioning so I had to buy new ones, from your site! But I bought the wrong color, sent you an email trying to see if I can switch the black ones I ordered for the silver color.

Check your car radio wiring diagram, look for your 12V ACC wire. Maybe it is a different wire color.

I used for the trigger wire from the aftermarket system.

@ivanrousseau5066 are you sure your multimeter probe could touch the coil inside? There should be a reading for any good coil.

The test I did was for the heater element in the oxygen sensor. You may other things wrong with the oxygen sensor or your car.

The red wire is tour 12V ACC. It must be connected.

Ahh damn, I realized my comp is windows 8, and I got the blue screen how do I get around that since the installation media is not supported and the GPT drive is not supportive of windows 10?

That should come with the radio. Otherwise, you may need to search on the internet. I don't know that part number.

Connect it to an ACC 12V wire. Usually, it's a solid red wire if the radio harness.

@wordmoneygaming alright. Ground loop noise it the cause of the static noise. The Metra 70-8113 maybe faulty. Especially the RCA wires. You may buy another metra harness or a similar harness and rewire.

@@eazidiy ok thanks ive had this Metra harness a year before using so your probably right ill order a new one and get back to this post

i replaced the metra 70-8113 no improvement so i went to autozone and got a 7.99 dorman universal ground strap and bolted one side to the frame other side between the line output converter port and rca from the metra harness and everything sounds perfect

@@eazidiy yeah I just gave up the radio that came with the car factory radio just stopped working so I tried to put my own in almost got shocked a few times blew some fuses replace the fuses but I'm going to stop

@@eazidiy I just think it's BS how they make everything so hard why do they have to use wires with several different colors why can't they just use solid colors on wires so it would actually be possible to color match it's impossible to color match a solid color with a wire that is two colors that makes no sense they don't match

@thomassaballa do you have a factory Amp or aftermarket? I think you must use line output converter for an aftermarket amp. I recommend you seek professional assistance to install.
