this seems like as good a place as any to ask, but does anyone know why Abby stopped modding for Smant and is working with Crow now?? i hope shes happy and i love Crow, it just sucks because Smant and Abby seemed to be pretty friendly
Friends can always have a falling out, it's just that these two friends are on the internet. Relationships are allowed to fluctuate and change. I think the majority of us prefer them being happy.

Watching this after knowing they've made amends kills me. It undoubtedly hurt on both sides, and I'm glad they've made amends and begun doing stuff together again.

Maybe, but sometimes having so many people coming to you just to say "wow you're a worse version of your friend" can hurt. It can build a vit of bitterness whether you want it to or not.

Smallant publically apologised despite it not being his fault, pointcrow for over a year lashed out and blamed smallant and as far as I am aware did not publically apologise. Just stating the facts as far as I am aware, it's still a toxic friendship if pointcrow just forgave smallant and that's that

I never realized this happened and if what I’m hearing was true then I feel really bad for him because I know what it’s like and most people have also probably had this happen in some way where a friend won’t talk to you or kind of hates you
Wow when i watched rhat race i thought it was more of a funny moment because its all light hearted and theres oeiole who really went out tbere and harassed our boy?? AND made a huge thung of it? Also its aaesome when you can watch different content creators from the same group do the same or similar challenges and see how they do things differently or just generally watch a fun content creator do a fun challenge

I'm really happy they patched things up, it was sad thinking they might never do collabs together anymore, coz their collabs were really good. And also that they seemed like good friends, and seeing Smant crying when they broke it off was heartbreaking. I was always rooting for them to make up, and again, I'm so happy things turned out okay in the end.
Bromance shipper aprrove this. I am glad since they are both very successful and entertaining and now making very different contents. Hope someday can see em bringing everyone together.

I’m really glad. I actually wasn’t watching Eric because while he was very valid about smants and his fans for going too far (in fact I was a part of that and feel bad about it), I thought what Eric said about smant saying he was lying was extremely disrespectful. Eric straight up made stuff up about smant and I didn’t think that was ok. I’m glad they worked it out though. I’m gonna go watch pointcrow now.
Likewise! I lost all appetite for watching Pointcrow despite being primarily a fan of his, and even finding Smallant *through* Pointcrow, because of the poor behaviour and vindictiveness he seemed to show towards someone trying their best to make things right. I've actively avoided any content with him in it ever since, because it was just uncomfortable to watch after that. But this is the attitude that makes me happy to go back and see how he's grown since then.

The two best outcomes for this situation happened. 1. They're on better terms. 2. They're able to make/take jokes about it.

I didn't even know there was a problem between the 2 of them. what happened?
The basics are that they did a race in a pokemon emerald entrance randomizer and had a miscommunication on when they were allowed to reset the game. Smant jokingly called crow a cheater in his video during editing, this caused some of his fans to harass crow. Over the course of several months, they start calling him "discount smallant" due to them making similar content. It all boils over when crow gets fed up with it and doesn't feel like smant did enough to stop the harassment. Following more miscommunications, crow decides to end his friendship with smant. There's more to it but this is just the basic timeline to my understanding.

I’m very happy they’re on better terms. Miscommunications and a-hole fans breaking up that friendship sucked. I hope they can be friends in private even if that means making no content together
People seem to forget that it was largely caused by how insecure PointCrow was at the time
@@shaunduzstuffs For real, like I'm glad they're on better terms but the way PC behaved was just unacceptable. It left enough of a sour taste in my mouth that I stopped watching his content unfortunately
Well they do have some content "together" again. On the 3rd of October SmallAnt challenged him to and Pokemon Escape Room Challenge. Even though there was no talking between them, its a step in the right direction.

@@cass8163I don't blame him at all. The fans were downright abhorrent in their harassment and hateful comments. It was neither of their fault's, it was their fans that did it. Mostly Smallant's fanbase.

Smant for not doing a good job of stopping it before it got serious and for being careless about it and pointcrow for being immature, attributing malice to smant's incompetence and not talking through it with him like an adult.
