The way he says 'I've been working out' and does that motion with the arms to indicate using gym equipment is so cool. I think he obviously brought enough money to cover the first lot of damage, which he caused - due to not being prepared for how vulnerable he was. He has said in the comics about being known as a boy scout and not minding that. The point is as we know, he prides himself on doing the right thing, hence he would want to cover all the damage simply because he felt responsible. As we know, part of the ethics of being a scout is a moral sense. I believe Lord Baden - Powel did make that clear.
