Only thing is I mistakenly added he egg without beating it first so I had a little trouble at first and batter was quite sticky and not sure why but my crust was only able to make 13 tarts with 31g for each. Oh and can I ask you where I can purchase the regular size tart molds? The closest ones I found were bought at Bed Bath and Beyond.

      The dough can only hold forb1 day in the fridge, otherwise it'll dry up and dehydrated! And the custard mixture can hold up to 2 days, needs to leave it in the counter for room temperature and mix well before use!

      Hi Lee, It does effect the texture of the crust and filling according to 50% of the actual amount, reduce 10% should be fine but no more than 10%.

      Hi Kathy, Thank you for sharing your experience. No need to grease the mold or shells. The tart crust contains a lot of butter, it should come off easily after bake. But if the crust is too thin or didn't put enough butter in the tart crust. The tart would be stuck in the mold.

    I'm sorry, but watch a oyster shucking video. Why do you rinse the oysters? No one rinses oysters, you lose all the flavor. What cheese and when did you layer it with the spinach? Looks like a recipe for the children's group.

      Morris, you are absolutely correct. Most people do not rinse the oysters. However, I enjoy my oyster with no shell bits, rinsing it quickly actually gives it a refreshing flavor. Towards the end of cooking the garlic, onion, cream and fresh Parmesan cheese mix, throw in the spinach after stove is turned off. I personally prefer mix cheddar and mozzarella and I top it right before baking. Thank you for your comment, it’s one of our popular dishes among adult friends however kids love them too.

      This is a different recipe, not your usual one. Some people don't like raw oysters. This is for them.

      @@g.c9kitchen533 some other videos use cream cheese instead of heavy cream. Ive had them but never had shallots in them.
