If you have the chance to see it along the way, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for watching as always folks, Ill see you all again soon.

Hello friends, made another tutorial video here for you. This one was filmed in a brand new next gen 938. In this tutorial Ill show you how to use the kickouts for your loader and bucket tilt. They have made some much needed improvements; the cab is awesome much more room, way more breakout force, and better serviceability are just a few nice upgrades. Just curious if you have it on tandem for both cylinders and turn on assist cross slope won’t it work the same as left cylinder or right cylinder only with assist cross slope on?

    • @ironman3406
      @ironman3406 9 дней назад

      That would work if you wanted to creat a grade where both cylinders were lifting together like a flat grade - but if you want to grade a cross slope you have run it either left side or right side.

      @@ironman3406 ok. I understand what you’re saying. I just noticed on mine that once you set a cross slope (5% for example) and have assist on it will keep that cross slope no matter if your in tandom, left or right. Great video and very informative though!!

I live in the south about to do a whole front end rebuild on my 03 king ranch 250 I’m so glad I don’t have any of the rust to deal with also the under body has been treated and lined so that makes thing quite a bit easier for me.

And my uncle had an old Hein-Werner excavator, which I'm told was built out of a crawler crane, because the tracks were flat, no grousers. Anyway, thanks for sharing! So you cant drive and dump. That very inefficient. you should be able to dump at 20 MPH so the piles are more easily spread by the tractor with a scraper box.

    • @ironman3406
      @ironman3406 2 месяца назад

      No spreading at high speeds in an articulated truck is unsafe and very easy to tip the machine. So they limit the speed that the machine will travel to prevent that from happening. I’ll tell you what’s not efficient, spreading out truck piles with a tractor and scraper box. You should be using a bulldozer or grader for the best efficiency.

    Beautiful runpasts (runbys); lots of work here. Here's the appreciation of one who's been trackside for 60 years, watching CN, CP and others (and trill does; but is not a foamer. Wonder why CPKC left their hydrogen fuel cell loco behind? In a video of the departure from Calgary (available here); the Green hydrogen fuel cell loco is clearly seen, spliced within the consist, ahead of the FP units. Let's opine, that it was more useful for data and revenue service in Western Canada; rather than on a publicity trip, and likely uncoupled at Moose Jaw; for return to Calgary, as part of head end power for a revenue train.
