I really like playing by myself sometimes. Good decision to punch back onto the fairway on #3. I probably would have made the stupid play and try to hit a miracle shot to the green. Great par putt on I think #6. Congratulations to your daughter. Good job.

My golf game has gone on hold...blew the head gasket in my car and had to clear up some back taxes and suddenly I have other places that I need my golf money to go for a while. Hoping to be back out there by the end of August.

Maybe try drawing a line on ur ball to help lining up putts. That has helped me a lot this season. Glad to see getting back out there.

Scored a 49 on the front 9 there yesterday. Holes 13/14 got me good. 101 overall. Tamarack this Sunday.

Some pretty solids hits:) When my swing gets ugly for me, it can get get real ugly on the course 🤣 I have a tough time recovering a a bad hit.

Your ball striking looks much better. Always amazes me how much harder the game gets for me the closer I get to the hole. The short game just kills my scores.

Decent content! maybe keep a continuous stroke count per each hole on the screen as well as your total score.

I would recommend reading Jon Sherman's The Four Foundations of Golf. Pretty good stuff for any golfer who is committed to improvement. Keep working!

Love the content. I’m on the same journey, just never built up the courage to start a channel. I play the Mercer county courses if you ever want to play together some time. On another note, do you ever watch your videos back to analyze the shots that go well and the ones that miss? Sometimes I record my swing, it’s really helped with my rotation and contact.

I'm interested now in following your progress this year. First set of clubs that I played were MacGregor blades that were handed down from my father in the 1980's. They stung your hands if you mishit them at all. Last set of blades I played were the MP5 Mizunos, which were more of a channel back. I actually prefer looking down on a smaller headed iron with less offset, than trying to play a "game improvement" iron. And as a newer golfer, I think that you have set yourself up for being a better iron striker, by trying to hit something like the T100s over a T300 or the like. As with anything in golf, putting in the right work goes a long ways. Having said that, you should really make sure that your iron shafts for your specs or you could ingrain terrible habits trying to middle those tiny club heads. Shaft weight and flex is so important. You might have just invested in a long term set of irons if you approach it that way. As your game changes, you will need more weight and stiffness in those shafts to get the same performance that you are getting today on a lighter spec. But you didn't say what graphite shafts you are playing, so I'm just guessing all of this. (Really should go get fit, or at least hit up a big box store where you could try your irons in different shafts to check the performance.). I'm in my 50s and play Mitsubishi MMTs (95 stiff) in some Callaway Apex Pros. I play off 8.7 currently, Driver Swing speed around 105 and carry 7 iron about 165. The only reason that I'm giving you that type of info, is that if you are taking golf as seriously as you seem to be, you want to know that your equipment fits your game. Don't worry if people give you crap about playing clubs suited for tour pro's. Those are nice irons, and can be gamed by anyone who learns to strike the ball in the middle of the face, so don't be afraid to play them. Just temper your expectations until you have put thousands of swings on those things and strike balls out of the center. Good luck with your channel, and go get some birdies. Draws will come. I fight hooking the ball, so if I had a RUclips channel it would be something like "FORE LEFT".

Nice irons! Quick question are you having back issues currently? Just checking as it seems like you dont bend down enough on some shots downswing. I was trying to see why there were worm burners. I usually have the same issues as well esp when my lower back is kinda iffy. My body doest want to bend down further on the downswing and results in either a worm burner or a top. I mitigate it temporarily by moving ball position back.. keep golfing! Swing away!

It looked like you rushed every shot. It could be how you edited. Developing a pre shot routine for every shot will help you break 100 consistently. The pre-shot routine only takes a few seconds and will not slow up the game. Keep at it!

Another great vid 💯, however I’m in no place to speak on swinging the club. However once a friend told me that there were 3 things I needed to do before swinging, from green to tee I began to break not only a 100 but soon thereafter I was breaking 90 occasionally. Grip, setup/posture, alignment gave me a foundation, so now instead of missing all over I normally have a one-way miss.
