Omg. I am so glad to hear this cause I will be getting my surgery. You made me feel so good and like you say we are all different. I never had a problem with anything else in my body thank God praise the Lord. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’m still scared 😢I had a myo two years ago and them bad Boyz came back like “peek a boo I see you” still running 🏃♀️ from that procedure but I’m over it and “them “ I want it all to stop and be done. Still contemplating
This is the struggle that so many of us have. I know many women that have had to endure multiple myomectomies , only to end up having a hysterectomy . I will forever advocate for women to keep their uterus as long as possible, but I understand we all get tired of dealing with those worrisome tail fibroids 😩

Girl why i think you are my loc twin. I am 6 years in and my locs look just like yours. I love my journey but i miss my short locs. So a lot of our routine is the same. I tie my hair down just like this. Great video. I need to do me an updated video but i need to find the time. Great video

Did you buy supplies for your recovery process?
Hi, the only items I bought were some supplements and medications like stool softeners and gas x . I also bought one of those bed rest pillows but that was about it . I know a few people that purchased belly binders but I never wore one.
You’re amazing and give great advice. I have surgery on 9/25 total abdominal hysterectomy.

Hello, How long were you off after your surgery? Getting ready for a hysterectomy in 3 days and I am so nervous.
Hi, I stayed out for about 7 weeks . That’s what my doctor recommended since I had a vertical incision. Being nervous is definitely part of the process . Everything will be ok 🙏🏾

I had the Davinci, recovery wasnt that bad.
I’ve heard that recovery isn’t as bad. Mine felt like I was going through a c section recovery all over again 😩

Be safe!! My sutures dissolved before I was healed. 9 weeks after hysterectomy and I had another surgery..... vaginal cuff dishension with visceration. It happened to me!!! Now I have 4-6 months of restrictions.

Had mine done a week ago. The worst part is having that trapped air in your stomach. 🫨 Love the way you keep it real 🥰 At least we don't have to worry about those unpredictable periods, heavy ruining the whole month!
Girl I remember having trapped air after my c section and I thought I was dying 😩 it’s the worst feeling! I hope you are healing well and I do not miss those monthly cycles 😂

Have you noticed body changes or weight gain after your hysterectomy?
Body changes moreso in my mid section . I have gained weight but only because my weight fluctuates from year to year. I don’t think it has anything to do with the surgery.
