hi George, are you still using the platform? I see your videos stopped a year ago and kinda feel sorry, as they were quite useful, especially those talking about TAO. They are quite detailed and with much needed info. How did your training go? was everything all well, or did you go to a private coach in the end? :)

Are you still using the platform? I'm a new user (10 days) and have found quite a bit of volatility despite that setting still being at the default of 0. Last weekend, I finished a 46 mile week. The next (current) week was supposed to push up past 50. After my Sunday long run, it recalculated everything and initially capped this week at 28 miles (again, down from 50+). After I noticed an upcoming 16 mile mid-week run and updated my commitments to prevent it, my week was again recalculated to 34 miles. (To be clear, that run was scheduled in the future...not the current week. I didn't expect it to affect this week, I was just trying to preemptively manage mid-week workouts to prevent it from becoming a recurring issue.) Today, I ran my planned workout of 11+ miles. Afterward, tomorrow's workout was increased from ~8 miles to ~13, taking the week back up to just under 40. Despite all this, I've enjoyed using TAO and will likely stick with it. Just wondering if you were still using it and might have some feedback? Thanks for the video!
