used to go to these all the time, strange how its like a little town with a gas station and repair shop,,, wonder how long its been there cant find anything about it online, im sure its gone now. there was even a skatepark a little bit down closer to the highway. I had some great times there,,,,wish it was still there

My wife’s great grandfather owned that mill. Heard a lot of stories about it and the song her grandpa made about it while working there. Definitely a lot of history. Thanks for the video

Interesting. I live almost within walking distance of this place but have never been on the property. With my luck, I would be the one arrested for trespassing and they would "make an example" out of me.

The building is now fenced off and you cant get close to it or inside. Ive heard that removing all the asbestos would be very costly so thats why it hasnt been torn down....

Wow, I thought they tore this down already. I used to come here in the mid 2000's It's a shame how torn up it is now. It used to be a very creepy place, a lot of people would never go back to visit after. I'm not sure what all bad happened here to cause it. It got sealed up and for a long time cops were always watching it and charging people for trespassing lol

When I was 19 I worked at kenner toys on Robertson ave. They also had a warehouse on highland ave and Teav was an RCA plant. Oakley has really changed. Crossroads Church used to be a Westinghouse Plant. Oakley Station was Cincinnati Milacron and Walmart was the original Ford Plant. There were a lot of good jobs and people could support their families. GM was in Norwood across from Surrey Square.

Urbex Hill explored inside there a few weeks ago, all by himself, and went down in the basement, in the concrete tunnels, and saw what LOOKED like a person walking away from him, but it went toward a dead end. There were no camera cuts, nowhere for someone to run, and get away, nor anywhere for someone to hide. It was just a straightaway, and then a dead end. It was so creepy.

I just went here the other day. And this video was very helpful lol. I live about an hour away from here and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get in but when I saw that it was so easy and that there were even other people I was like fuck yeah. And it was awesome. I went on every balcony the only place I didn’t go was the bottom floor and below. 😬😟

From what I understood (I used to live in Louisville) Stark Parks was taking the whole property and planned on razing the hospital. I wish we knew what Stark Parks planned on doing with the structure, although there is a park there.
