Now this is a really good walk Andy, I always begin at Braithwaite village & accent Grizedale Pike according, 😊but this route is certainly one for the future 👌 what views out towards The Solway ❤❤Drone footage again spot on mate! Been working my way through your videos, Andy, and had to stop and comment on this one! How amazing is High Cup Nick? From another world, that’s for sure. Great footage, loved the drone shots! Also with you on the coos, almost had a nasty encounter on the Saxon Shore way over the summer, load of them and their calves in a small field with the public footpath running through. We contemplated it for ages, but in the end took a detour. Just not worth it for the sake of half a mile extra! Now back to yours and Tracey’s videos. Have a great weekend, all the best.

Hiya Andy, Tracey & The *ROCKSTAR* Hopegill Head, what a cracking ridge walk. I haven't come from Revelin Moss so it made it all the more interesting. Fantastic views all around. Billy looked like Red Rum clearing that fence. With Autumn almost upon us have you any ideas for capturing the best autumn colours? I remember last autumn going up Place Fell from Patterdale and coming down to Ullswater by High Dodd and the colours looked amazing. My favourite time of year. PS I just seen Tracey has done a video on this walk so will catch up on that one as well. Thanks again for sharing Tatty bye for now. David

Stunning day Andy. Better than ours up there on Saturday. Went up to Gasgale Crag from bottom of Hope Gill. Out and back to Whiteside then on to Hopegill Head and down over Ladyside Pike. The first bit of the descent from Hopegill Head was TREACHEROUS 😮

What fantastic views, but looked a bit windy up there! Impressive leap over the fence by Billy! Looks like he’s totally at home in the mountains, what a Rock star!

Ey up Marra, Tracey and of course The Rock Star....... absolutely brilliant. Me and the mountain man were on those very mountains last Saturday. Nice to see you had very similar weather to what we had. We were both wondering as we walked back along the road with the crags of Grassmoor End towering above us if there was a route up through them. We both didn't know, but we both said we know who man that would! Haha 🤣 All the best mate

Totally agree. Sick of walking in Yorkshire Dale's and seeing moors devoid of wildlife other than grouse. Needs to be investigated..after all judges don't go shooting on grouse moors do they?

Lots of hard work go into videos like this. It's not only the hill climbing but the 'backwards and forwards' setting up the cameras, filming, going back to get them plus all the editing. Well done all 3 of you, love your adventures!

As usual, top drawer stuff again Andy. I didn't know that way down from Yewbarrow so it's great to know a much easier way down. You sure looked a happy chappie down in that plunge pool Andy but Billy stole the show with the nose bump with the herdie. Great stuff. Been away on hols so doing catch-up on all I've been missing. Hi Andy. Fab views and great footage as usual. Must be great living up there and being able just to go out when you've got a good weather window! We have to plan our visits a few months in advance, so have to deal with what ever the weather chucks at us. We're up late November on our annual lads hiking week,can't wait. Had to laugh with that shot of Billy nose to nose with that Herdwick, you could see him thinking, 'If my dad wasn't here, I'd tear your head off'. Brilliant. Cheers, Ozzy.

Thanks Andy and Billy for this route up Yewbarrow - it was our special request the other day 😊😊 Looks a good route to go up so we'll do that next time we're in Wasdale - we were there on September 18th doing Middle Fell, Seatallan and Buckbarrow. We found the route up the gully on great doors terrifying at the top. There was a slippery slab at the top and we retreated and went up to dore head. We then went up the route you came down. I have never found a video which shows a clear route up that end of Yebarrow. I wish someone would do drone views of the scrambles on both ends of that mountain.

Well, you've done it again, Andy, thank you. Showed me a route I've been planning to do for ages - that easier way down. I've yet to do Yewbarrow as I knew I'd have trouble getting off it either end. I can go up most things but coming down scrambles like that has always been tricky for short legs! So it was very handy to see it in detail. Your videos are always so full of helpful detail and a good mix of the scenic and the practical. One of those late summer days when there's nowhere better to be than up top. Superb drone footage and I love Scoat Tarn - such a peaceful place. So many rocks to get out of those becks, Billy! Very funny the high level 'tailoring' and very cute with the Herdy!

Class andy and respect to sime the toffee crisp finn lol these pools are stored on a map i have on kamoot for my next visit to wasdale so yess for showing them as ive only seen them on the map class i will defo have to get in them too brillant route around sime either ran the rest of hes route or you hung around for a while to meet him back in wasdale lake swimming 😂great marra and hows the little nemo is it ok like loks like it will do a canny job in no wind moments weather has been tremendous latley down here

Ey up Marra, Ey up Billy. Absolutely fantastic. Loved that, those fells on that side of Wasdale are certainly much quieter than the ones on the other! Haha Scoat Tarn looked beautiful, I could have sat round there for hours on a day like that. Hi Andy and Billy. What a gorgeous morning that looked. Brought back memories when we did that same route years ago and my daughter moaning about the steep ascent! As always loving the drone footage off the area. Weve just got back from a 3 day stay at The Mill in Mungrisedale. We did the Bannerdale Crags East Ridge.
