Lately I've been watching a lot of ranking videos of Bon Jovi albums and you just gave me a heart attack with your review of Lost Highway. I absolutely love the album. Absolute favourite (You Want to) Make a Memory. Laso Lost Highway, Whole lot of Leaving, We Got It Going On (my ultimate guilty pleasure).... Just to name a few :) Where would you rank their latest "Forever"? (Or have you even bothered, given how you have clerly given up with Bon Jovi 😅I've been pleasently surprised by Forever... Waves being my favourite!

Haven't actually got/heard the Rainbow album. I'd rate Heaven and Hell over Holy Diver though. Still good albums as you said.

I have the W.A.S.P. box set and it's the DBs, i was thinking about the Van Halen boxes but then remembered that i got rid of all the ones i didn't like, i bought the 2 new Dio boxes, the studio albums and the complete donington. Those two sets at Donno were awesome, can remember them both now. love your enthusiam dude, it's very infectious. take care

Three astounding albums. I am biased due to the band. 3.rising 2.holy diver 1.heaven and hell Blackmore and iommi!, Campbell is brilliant too on the first 3 albums. I grew up with 1980’s heavy metal. Got into rainbow and deep purple a bit later 80’s.

Can you rank Rush albums? Or My Dying Bride? Thank you.

I agree that these three albums are outstanding. I'd personally add Mob Rules and to the mix. It would rank at number two (one on a good day) if I counted it. 1. Heaven and Hell- I love every track. It was great to hear you speak highly of Lady Evil because some people don't care for it. I view both Die Young and Lonely is the Word as outstanding, with the latter featuring one of my favorite Iommi solos at the end. Neon Knights, Children of the Sea, and Heaven and Hell never get old even though I've heard them so many times over the years. 2. Holy Diver- My favorite track is Don't Talk to Strangers, which I view as Dio's best solo song. The title track is a close second. There really is no weak song on this album to me. 3. Rising- My three favorites on this album are Stargazer, A Light in the Black, and Tarot Women. I don't care for Do You Close Your Eyes. It's the only song I skip on these three albums.

Thank you for doing this video to Ronnie. I remember if it wasn't for holy driver, then I never would of liked heaven and hell album. When I first heard heaven and hell I really didn't like it straight away, but when I heard holy driver. The album grew on me. I do have heaven and hell on CD and I have the first five Dio albums. Even thought I do have Dio Diamonds on CD. Which is the best of Dio. As for Rainbow. I have the since you been gone 3 CD set with 45 songs and also I have Long live rock and roll.

Heaven And Hell and Rising is almost a draw for me, both in my top 50 albums of all tme for sure. i gve it to Heaven and hell on goal difference, though I think Rising is Dio's greatest vocal performance on record. 1. Heaven And Hell 2. Rising 3. Holy Diver

There's a reaction channel sad one, who talks about Rainbow Rising wittering on a about Dio never mentions Blackmore Carey and Powell. Light In The Black is one of the most amazing neo classical guitar solo(s) ever . No Blackmore no Rainbow. He even had a discussion with his patreons and they never mentioned Blackmore wtf and why ? Sad a*se holes on YT

Nice to see Xentrix get some love here, criminally under appreciated band. I bought Shattered Existence the day it came out. I went to school in Preston they were local lads done good in our eyes, didn't know then personally but saw them at a local rock night at the Floral Hall (mentioned on the album liner). I bunked off school Halloween '90 to get my albums signed before the gig that night at Preston Guildhall and saw them again last year for their first hometown gig in 28 years where I saw some old school friends I hadn't seen for almost as many years. Going to see them again in November where they will be playing Shattered Existence in its entirity for the 35th anniversary. Can't wait, love this band.

The only and correct order of Metallica albums: 1) MOP. 2) KEA. 3) RTL. 4) AJFA. 5) Black. And then the rest. This was the best era when significant creative talent was involved (Mustaine was a heavy influence on KEA and RTL, Burton was a bass god on MOP, KEL, and RTL. Kirk was young and hungry, still borrowing heavily from Mustaine. Newsted came into the picture on AJFA and that album and AJFA was a departure in song structure in a leap forward fashion. Black was another re-birthing of metal, for highly polished fast hard rock metal that was more commercially palatable and radio friendly. After that Metallica began a decline, a few albums later released Newsted (big mistake), and has not been relevant to me since Black.

Legion is the reign of blood of death metal, except it cuts out all of the scrappiness and fun in favor of suffocating brutality and hatred.

Good ranking. I also agree STD is the best. No sign of the new album yet!....Loved 'For All Kings', great songs and top production. Joey's the best vocalist in thrash in my opinion.
