I remember taking my son when he was very young to see the back to backs as i missed a college trip. So had to make my own arrangements to see it. My son embarassed me no end. He was touching everything. Then he was trying on some clothes that were on the beds. Oh my life!!!. The guide was absolutely lovely and the other people visiting. He only behaved after getting sweets from the old shop. But its a beautiful place to visit.

I am a shy person, but I think that I would say something, especially if it was being filmed as it obviously acts as better evidence. I would have defended the poor guy who obviously does not need that type of abuse. People in a customer service position have to be so resilient, sadly. I also think that if a sales assistant, serving staff etc are being rude that it is often a result of the fact that they have been poorly treated by someone else.

I had a similar experience on a train a year ago, guy ended up assaulting the ticket guy and train got cancelled. Put in for my provisional the next day and had my lisence a year later. Thanks ScotRail for being a joke, I wouldn’t of got it otherwise :)
