The Splash Mountain Archives channel is dedicated to preserving the memory of one of the greatest attractions to ever be designed and built by Walt Disney Imagineering, Splash Mountain. Splash Mountain is a log flume attraction at Disneyland, where Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox, and Brer Bear are the stars! Combining over 100 Audio-Animatronics, thrills, and an endearing score, Splash Mountain has cemented itself as a Disney Classic.

I can't believe that Disney went from truly perfect and amazingly creative rides like this, to things like Spider-Man at DCA, Bayou Adventure, and Deadpool. Truly painful to say that the old Disney, the one that knew how to do great things, is gone.
i wonder if the animatronics were already out by the time this video was taken. Man, i miss this ride so much. I though Disney would prove us all wrong and make Bayou Adventure good, but it is a HUGE letdown.

I wish splash mountain got the indy treatment, close to refurbish the ride, all the love and help it needs to be running in even better shape. Too bad they chose to retheme it instead…. the magic is officially gone.

They shouldve never changed splash mountain. The idea for "Tianas Foods" is one of the most bland and basic ideas disney has ever came up with and it never shouldve destroyed one of the most iconic and well thought out attractions in the history of disney parks.

Woahhhh this Is amazing, don’t know why It took 4 days to get recommended. And unlike most B roll It gives the actual audio recorded. Always wondered where those clips came from.
why was the ride still running??
They were conducting log tests. During the last few weeks the logs would get stuck on the conveyor belt coming into the load station because they were too heavy and the water level was too low so they’d get stuck there, or in other areas of the ride and would cause 1-2 hours + of downtime during park hours. So they took this day to figure out the kinks. They’re currently redesigning the logs for Bayou Adventure
