They make it sound so simple hey? When I left my ex it cost me 10 grand to move out (Bond, 2 weeks rent, whitegoods, furniture etc). Where I live is very expensive. I could move somewhere cheaper, but then I would be away from my friends and family. Everything is a trade off!

I love the Gleanser. It’s the best cleanser I have ever used. Leaves my face clean and hydrated. Wet your face and work it into a lather massaging it on your skin for a full minute then rinse thoroughly. The at least a minute thing I learned from another derm and it seems to be important. If find if I do that it gets all my makeup and sunscreen off. 🩷

I would like to try that face/body wash. At my age my skin feels dry, so it sounds very nice for me.

Only use dermaroller with individual needles. From here yours looks like those dermarollers with disks. Clean and saniteze it and your hands and skin, be careful with the sensitive areas, and less is more (.50 can be use once every 3 weeks and 1mm once a month. Never use longer than 1mm). Skin needs time to build collagen, and doing it too often kills the collagen. Wear a very strong sunscreen. I think it is a good tool, but it can also damage your skin and get the opposite result if done incorrectly.

In the US we have a brand called Clean Simple Eats and it’s really good. I put a tablespoon or 2 in my iced coffee every morning and mix it into overnight oats and Greek yogurt. And yes I use it in smoothies. It’s the best I have tried so far. I found it through Tammy’s Ageless Beauty on here RUclips 🩷

I had endometriosis and eventually had a hysterectomy. I thought that would stop the constant pressure to have kids. Nope! People would then tell me I should adopt. I didn't want them, and I really feel for women who do and can't have them.

I chose not to have children and boy anyone who knew that literally lost their sh** I got lectured by almost everyone. My husband got some harassment but not nearly as much as I did. One day after I had my tubes tied at 27 I said I couldn’t have children, which at that point was true, it shut it down. I wasn’t asked to explain I was meant with silence. They seemed to feel ashamed for asking when I gave that answer. That was what I answered from that point on. Thanks for telling us about your background. Have a great day 🩷

I don’t think the women who came up the idea that we need to have it all had any idea what the outcome of that idea would be. All it did was double our work load and responsibility. We are still pretty much responsible for the homemaker job plus the addition of the career outside of the home. It’s just too much. And for a while women who stayed home were looked down upon but I think that might be changing now.

Not necessarily true, my grandma and a lot of women who use cold cream didn't have wrinkles on their face at least and my grandma died over 80. They are apart of age but why? That's the question. Maybe there is something to undo them but I think wrinkled skin is extremely dry and damaged skin.
