Beautiful snow jelly
Okay I still want this shed😅😂🎉
:) it is almost all recycled materials that we had collected over the years. Discarded old windows and extra poplar milled by friend. Old mismatched metal roof did the trick:)
Can I make you some bluegrassy background music for your next video?:)
Great idea!! I love the original music on your films!
Nothins better than a nice handful of some summertime blueberries
Very cool - I've never noticed one of these before!
♥️Only last a day or two like that before complete degradation.
Woah that's a beauty
Like a beautiful bride!
Beautiful mushroomy
I can definitely see your characters chilling underneath:)
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 they will be one day soon:)
:) nice!
Is it edible or not?!
I don’t believe so buddy. We usually don’t eat gilled specimens. Was so pretty though was worth a closer look:)
Love me some chicken of the woods
How cool! I didn't realize that either!
I’m so excited to save some seeds for next year!
I can honestly say that I've never seen this mushroom type! Thank you for posting!
They are super camouflaged but once you see one your eye will recognize it more often. Thanks for commenting!
Can they be eaten raw? Or thet have to be cooked?
Definitely research mushroom edibility thoroughly and if possible consult an expert! With that said I’ve only eaten one of these years ago sautéed. Not the best flavor or texture imo so I classify it as a survival food for me:)
Looks like a lil gummy worm😂
Yes! Just like a gummy worm! I’ve only ever seen stinkhorns that resemble little squid tentacles. The gummy worm was new for me!
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 😁 first thing that popped in my mind
That lil mushy sure looks like an old man of the woods
It does buddy! Grizzly old man :)
As a big person, I appreciate this review!
Always love seeing these mushroom videos keep it up
Thank you! We enjoy searching for them as a family and eating them whenever possible :)
Sure can speak through eye contact:)
Love your garden!
Thank you! We’ve had a lot of fun with it this year! Putting in raised beds has been a game changer!
Love that life
Slow and peaceful my friend!
Learned to drive in my Grandads Willys. Awesome jeep. RIP to both
They definitely helped win the war.
"Even on it!" 😂 This little girl is makin me crack up I love it
She is a trip!
Yeah but it has bugs in it 😂 she made me laugh
She is definitely a commentator. She will tell you all our secrets 😅. I just checked out your page and LOVE your claymation!!
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 she definitely is! Thank you😁 we try and incorporate the outdoors and foraging mushrooms into our films, we're glad you enjoy them.
Bugs are fine. Extra crunch😅
It was delicious lol
Had a dog that would drop his ball down the steps to play solo fetch. He loved to watch it bounce down the steps before chasing.😂
So cute! Great watching them figure out constructive entertainment:)
Amazing buttresses on that stem! Reminds me of a bonsai redwood:)
Sad? That's a Happy Boy!
Don’t get a high drive dog until you’ve met a couple and are in the right position to work it !!
Awww that's sad
Sometimes with high drive dogs they get hooked and it’s hard to turn the fetch drive off:) she gets plenty of coplay but occupies herself in this cute way even after running miles!
Thank you 🙏 This video was exactly what I was looking for 🙌🏻
😎👍🏼
Out of all the snakes that can cause you problems, copperheads are the ones you have to worry the least about.
@@connerbeasley4379 Very true. They aren’t an uncommon sight in our neck of the woods. Our dogs have taken a couple of hits over the years. What scares me the most is the cost of anti-venom if one of us gets bit..
That seems to be just a bit too close to human habitation for comfort.
Fantastic video it helped me make my decision
I am grateful buddy! They are both worth the cost and I’m sure you’ll enjoy!
Just bought it 43 Court pelican with wheels. It’s a monster!
Good choice! Will last years and years!
What do you do with it? I could eat some now as a dip with some Graham crackers or fried flour tortillas (no time to make a pie).😊
I make it to add to plain Greek yogurt. It’s also really good on a cream cheese bagel although a little messy. Could definitely make a pie or lemon squares but that takes more planning 😅
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 😊
What about edge retention of INFI steel? It is good?
Edge retention is good for sure but the real attributes I love are the ability to sharpen and touch up easily and the fact that it will roll like carbon instead of chipping but has close to corrosion resistance of stainless.
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 on my experience edge retention is not good, actualy very bad.
Thank you
Your welcome my friend
For me, quality and design, not country of manufacture, is what i base my purchases on.
Yes but if all other things are equal try to support local:)
Cool variant with the clip point 👍🏽
It is I agree! I prefer the balance of it for all but chopping👍 I have a fat ash as well and almost always I go for the skinny
The best part was seeing the boy walking through the woods in his bare feet. As it should be!
Yes sir! As it should be:)
Yes sir! As it should be:)
Hi, really cool video thanks. If you carried the bottle with hot water in, how would you insulate the bottle please?
The neoprene sheath helps a little but inside 2 winter socks does much better but does not insulate well at all alone👍hope that helps buddy!
This bottle has held up well over the last few years and because I love it I’ve managed not to lose it!:). Worth the money for me!
Barkeeper's friend will clean up that pelican up easily... Also if you pre-cool your cooler, it shouldn't form the vacuum
Thank you for those suggestions! To me the looks are no concern but was surprised how quickly it showed fading compAred to the others! Admittedly I have never been the best at pre cooling my coolers:) i know that does make a big difference in retention and could solve the orcas vacuum issue also. Has never happened on any other brand I’ve used.
Is there camping at this location? Awesome video by the way
@@havensoutdoorworld3656 appreciate the response.
There are a few designated camping spots a few miles north but not accessible by vehicle. Hiking and biking only.

Good video, great OBW. Technically the 2" lift is for a stock outback. Since the Wilderness sits at 9.4" instead of stock 8.5" you are really gaining approximately an 1 inch and a half for the Wilderness. If you opt for the LP Aventure skid plate, you are losing approximately 1 inch. With a taller tire it should all balance out. That being said, its no rock climber but still very capable and certainly better than a regular car or wagon. If i could afford one, i would get one so im not knocking it. Very nice ride.
Thanks for your comment buddy! You may be correct !? I’m not certain because they do specify the 2” lift for the wilderness specific version on their website. I should’ve measured before and after but did not. We chose it for a more gas efficient and maneuverable option to an suv and a friend works at the dealership:) they are sure footed but far from an off-roader no matter how you modify it. Does very well on the sand!
I got one the other day! I just love the way it looks .i see Options with this litte beauty
It’s great purchase ! High value tool for the money. Thanks for your comment!
Love the OBX!!!
Special place for sure!
That’s it. I’m going to get me a wilderness. I was on the fence whether I wanted a touring XT or a wilderness
If you don’t mind the extra plastic protection it’s a good looking vehicle that is really capable!
I'm happy to support any western country but top of the list is my own country first New Zealand 🇳🇿 a lot of my extra tall gear like bag and quilt i had made in NZ. But I also love to support America 🇺🇸 because USA is the home of freedom and a strong America is a strong west, if you live in any western country supporting USA manufacturers is good. I try to avoid supporting any enemy countries but you know when the dollars get really tight you might need to spend a few Yen 💴 lol. Jesus bless you bro, hope you will make more ultralight content in the future 🙏
I believe your philosophy is sound brother! One day I hope to visit NZ! Its beauty has always enchanted me. I appreciate the comment and many blessings to you as well!
Hey I'm super tall too 6 foot 7 and a half, was wondering where you get your mid layer, shell layer, rain coat from? Any recommendations for that? I know goose feet down does custom gear for us tall fellas.
Important pieces of kit ! My favorite layering setup is minus 33 merino wool in tall sizes. Allows plenty of length for me to tuck in with the benefits of wool 👍 the best rainshell I have found and use all seasons except extreme heat is the arcteryx alpha “parka” berry compliant and exceptional quality. Parka length options usually give 4-6 inches of extra length . The alpha parka in medium allows my skinny self to appropriately layer for winter activity. If static a large is necessary for more insulation. Hope that helps buddy!
