Al-Haitham, Kaveh, Cyno and Tighnari make up the four members of the Sumeru Friend Group, I think the fandom name for them is Aggravate. They also share a fanbase, most people who like to ship Al-Haitham and Kaveh usually also ship Cyno and Tighnari at least based on the really good fanarts I have seen of all four of them, or they at least like them together but there is a stark difference with how both ships are interpreted.
