Had a WNL Tier 1 competition at the Dexterity Depot today. As probably everyone knows it is my new mission to hit a buzzer at my home gym at a tier 1 competition as our gym is one of the hardest in the northeast. To defuse the anticipation a little today was not it. 😔 That doesn’t take away from the fact that I learned a lot of valuable lessons today. 1) Do not eat a pound of meat less than 3 hours before you go. You will still be stuffed as protein keeps you full longer. 2) If it’s been 6 weeks since your last major cardio workout, you’re gonna not make a 12-obstacle course in under 4 minutes.
