Okay, so it's been a while since I've last uploaded. I promise to work on making videos faster from now on!! I wanted to make this video before any others, and it took me some time to actually film it because I was sad, and then sick, and then just lazy. oops. Anyways... This is my walk to the train station every day! I live in a small city outside of Kyoto, Japan buried in the mountains and I ...

It's been about a month since I moved to Japan. I'm starting to get into the routine of things but WOW is language school more difficult than I expected. Sorry for rambling so much in this video. I haven't made as many as I would like, and I hope my next video is sooner than a month from now. Anyways, I hope you enjoy, and if you don't that's okay too. Well I just watched all your videos and went on this adventure with you 😁 I wanted to say I hope you are doing well. I really made a connection with you from your excitement on getting to Japan to your nervousness about your first day to being homesick, talking about your depression to your moving into your own place and your awesome beach day that ended awkwardly. Dude I think you have an amazing personality and I’m just really proud of you for doing this. Idk 🤷‍♂️ just a stranger reaching across the internet to say 🙏 right on and what a big step to take. I’m thinking of doing something like this even though I’m like 40 and seeing like a real person doing it instead of like fake RUclipsrs opinions and their like “78 things not to do in Japan” ugh those are so annoying…even though I watch them all lol. I hope life is treating you nice and we would love an update video no matter what you’re up to these days. Ok well… best wishes or idk why I said that like I’m signing an autograph ✍️ uh weird ok bye or Sayonara 👋

I just found your channel and omggg you are literally me!! The sharing of emotion thing is also a coping mechanism for me.. Sometimes that might end up making people feel weird, but as you said it can also form closer bonds with the people who choose to stick around🥰🥰🌷~

I so relate to what you said in this, especially about not being the happiest and energetic while studying Japanese. I love studying Japanese but a month before I studied abroad at my summer school I failed my Japanese exam and while I was at my summer school in a Japanese University I found out I failed uni... I was crying all that day and skipped some of my lessons (i told them I was feeling sick). even though I pushed myself to complete this summer school (while struggling in the lowest class) I still had fun exploring around Kyoto. I also felt bad that my Japanese buddy was mainly speaking to me in Japanese, she could speak and understand the most English out of all my friend's Japanese buddies.
