You've misunderstood how the fiber generation of Rayon works. In solution you have individual cellulose "blocks" in suspension. Just squirting it into the acid will not make it rapidly polymerize into long chains. If you want really long fibers you need to let them grow slowly, not too unlike how you'd grow a crystal from a saturated solution. Try adding the acid *very very slowly* to the Schweizer/cellulose under strong stirring. Calculate what you need, add a small excess, and then use a dripping funnel, and adjust it to the slowest drip you can.

No need to convert baking soda to carbonate. I just make a warm solution of copper sulfate in twice its weight in water and add stoichiometric amount of sodium bicarbonate powder. If your copper sulfate solution is in an oversized beaker the foaming is easy to manage. Take your time add baking soda slowly and the reaction becomes less vigorous as the pH rises. If you measured weights correctly you will get a blue green solid with a water clear filtrate. If you filter the clear solution 2 or 3 times, you can boil it down and crystallize pure sodium sulfate as well

Also much of that color is tannic acid and iron complexes , tannic acid is definitely a useful product, how do you isolate that? After those main products there's many other things like Anthocyanins, terpenes, cytokinins , and probably many more you could make videos out of. So, first part of the video I have a way to make it much quicker. Start from sawdust. To get a better final product I would start with some long fiber plants in long pieces like the bamboo squires found at the store. Then don't pulp them. Peel them apart. You can look into how natural Flax and linnon are made and start with those fibers. As for silk, connect with thought emporium and see his videos on artificial silk. Alot of good information.
