I am on my absurdly embarrassing number of rewatches of killing eve. I have watched numerous reactions, but I have to say I am thoroughly enjoying this watch with your eyes and reactions. I really enjoyed all your reactions to GO for both seasons, can't believe I just stumbled upon them at the end of 2024! Thank you for acknowledging both Crowley & Aziraphale's perspectives regarding the heartwrenching ending. Out of all the forces of Heaven, Metatron knows what works best to separate Crowley & Aziraphale with that offer for Aziraphale; he knows that together they'd be too powerful & unstoppable, hence he tried to reign Aziraphale first & tempted him with the ideation of angel Crowley by his side, knowing full well that Crowley would refuse. I know that most people are frustrated that Aziraphale asks Crowley to be an angel again, but from centuries being next to Crowley, I think Aziraphale sees all the good quality he has--that those are traits angels should have compared to all the terrible ones we've seen. Aziraphale truly thinks that by him having the power to restructure Heaven, Crowley would want to be one again since the toxicity would supposedly be gone, he fails to see that Crowley is done with it 😢

Fan theory: We didn't see their bodies, the music has been highly important in supporting the story and mood, thus the lyric "I will survive" as they fall may very well be a hint; and the scared and drugged Bedelia grabbing a fork at a table set for three shows me that Hannibal and Will survived.

A continuity issue with the animal shelter episode is that Nandor has previously demonstrated the ability to transform into mist when he interrupted the squabble with the werewolves in front of their house. He could have easily left his cage and freed Laszlo. Mayhap the writers simply wanted to make fun of him not being all that smart on occasion. ^_~

Kate loving Anthony was a shock to her, she doesn't do anything but sacrifice to everyone's detriment. She warned Edwina about Anthony not providing Ed the love she deserved when he said it in ep2 but yes, it's Kate's fault and plan now that the Queen told her the same thing this episode. They wasted Shelley Conn this season and I hate what they did to the Sharma family. Kate is a half sister and a "mother" who is always MIA.

Mary never seems to catch any strays from folks. Honestly she gets angry at Kate for keeping things from her but did she believe they lived on gumdrops and rainbows? Maybe stop storming out or being MIA and step up to being a MOTHER instead of running off to your bedroom just like Edwina, the baby of the family. But for shame Kate, how dare you treat Edwina and Mary as children?
