안녕하세요 계산식을 보다가 이해가 가지 않아서요 1. 9.8x10^5cells/ml:10ML=1x10^4cells/100ul:xML 따라서 xML=((1x10^4cells/100ul)/ (9.8x10^5cells/ml))x10ml이 아닌가요? 어디부분에서 잘못한건지 답은 틀리는데 어떻게 이해해야할지 모르겠습니다. 비례식을 썼는데 10ML 이 어디로 간건지.. 헷갈립니다. 그리고 뒤에 6well seeding 과정 설명에 100well 필요한 cell 이라고 적어주셨는데 7well 기준 필요한 cell 양을 잘못 적으신건지 궁금합니다.

I tried this for 1.5M gel, but it didn't transfer at all. I saw that you use 25v for 1 hour, what percentage and millimeter of gel is that for? I tried to see in the video, I think your gel was 1.5M, but I'm not sure... I also have to transfer high proteins like 250 kDa, i don't know if 25v por 1 hour helps... If you can help me... I add TRIzol to cells in 24- well plate to extract protein and RNA and I have 4 repeat for each treatment, but unfortunately the amount of RNA extracted from each well is very different from next well. Do you have any idea what I could do to resolve that issue?

is there any simple process to know the confluency of the cells? i always get wrong in judging confluency in my lab? we donot count cells for subseeding, we just watch the confluency to be between 70-80% and then subseed it to 20%, is it right process?
